App is completely worthless as others have stated. My employer recently switched to this platform, I can login from the web browser fine. App says it cannot locate the account. From the sheer number of complaints here, with no feedback from the developer, I'm not sure the developer supports the app even though there is one available. Don't waste your time on this.
So far terrible since I'm not able to connect into the app at all. It says my account doesn't exist when in fact I have an account and I'm able to login on the browser. Why release an app if we can't use it. Test it before open to public. :/

This app needs serious overhaul. You cant even log into your account from here but you can from a browser. Poor excuse for an app. Don't waste your time trying to download this until they attempt to fix.
I cant get beyond opening the app. When I go to log in, it says it can't find me. Is i go to the website, i can log on without an issue using the same credentials that the app does not recognize
It is a waste of time to install this app. It tells you NOTHING you really need to know. It doesn't have the hrs you worked. All it has is end of year info. I am uninstalling.
I never got this app to work. I always had to summit paper forms. The tech support is slow and expects you to available when they finally call. This HR company is terrible and so is their app. I am so happy company finally fired you.
Yall need to change the way yall do things like make it easy to log on etc.:i understand you all about security;i get it;but come hear a pass word is a pass word when your customers want to use what (we) want to use; uppercase/lowercase letters or #'s;yall can do better.

app won't open! everytime I try to login the app shuts down! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still NOTHING works! THIS APP SUCKS!

CoAd doesn't care about their app apparently. Don't waste your time installing this.
Works well, butttt still can't send emails of my of paychecks to myself or anyone from this app or/and received a notification when new post are posted without going into this nor an widget..
Ever since the update the app is so much harder to use and constantly needs a password adjustment.

The application does not support login for accounts on coadvantage plus. So far cannot login into my account

Very bad still not working
My email and user name both work in the web browser but not in the app, the app which by the way says it cannot locate an account with my email. The amount of problems I've had with this company I don't get alerts or emails regarding enrollment periods. I'm finding out last minute by word of mouth. There are soo many issues that need resolving.
