I can get the app to work on my old ZTE Zmax Pro phone running Android 6, but I can't get past the set-up screen on my new Motorola G7 running Android 9. The meter will connect to the Motorola's Bluetooth, but something doesn't allow them to talk to each other. Tech support says there may be security issues with the latest Android operating system, or it may be the Motorola device. Sounds like other people with Motorola phones have had connection issues as well.
Just started using this app. So far it works great and the couple of times I had problems with data transfer and pairing they were easily fixable. I am appreciating the fact I dont have to drive 17 miles just for INR checks any longer! And love the features and ease of use. Thank you for this great app.
Same as others app doesn't work. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and it won't get past set date and time. I was able to get in touch with tech support and went through a myriad of possible solutions but nothing worked including them sending me another meter.
Can't get the app to go past the "connect app to meter" screen. The meter is connected to my Galaxy S10 phone's bluetooth, just not the app. Guess y'all need to work on more fixes for your app.
it is making the bloodwork I have to do so much easier. I have had to set another alarm bc I forget that I'm the tester now...lol no more traveling and waiting and calling, I'm very happy with this service.
I have Samsung S10+ and it will not pair with the Vantus meter. I checked with tech support and they tell me the app only works with an IPhone. SUCKS!!!!!
According to the company they are working on update. Not sure who the app maker is but they need to get help. It's 2021 people use apps. :)
Have new MotoG6 phone and cannot connect phone to the CoaguChek Vantus System. Without connection, I cannot relay testing results. Please help!!
I'm very unhappy and upset with my meter. And this is because at the beginning I was fine. Until my insurance changed, and I provided the information to you. I can not get it to work!
Most definitely helpful medical device I've had truly saves me time and money no traveling needed everything at home and can be sent to doctors automatically. Thankful
won't connect to Google pixel phone. couldn't get tech support on phone.
Just like others the app spins on set up step 3 on my moto g7 power even though it says it is connected blue tooth
Was working at first.. now that i have a new phone the app will not even connect

My Samsung J7 pairs to the meter via Bluetooth just fine. Both the meter and Android report successful pairing, but the CoaguChek App hangs during setup with "Please Wait..." at the bluetooth step. Apparently not recognizing that the devices successfully paired. I unpaired both devices and started over multiple times, but same result each time. So, I'll have to continue manual entry or possibly try USB transfer.
