New version has broken. Very slow to start then opens to a white screen. Menu on right side of screen sometimes does not react to touch. When I can get to my account to check scrolling does not work. I can only see what's on the screen nothing below. When page loads there is a green box in the middle of the screen with a black line through it. Not sure what it is. Anyways totally unusable. Also if you fix it you might want to have it sign in with fingerprint like other apps.

Well scrolling was fixed, now I can't use deposit on the go. I can't take a picture of the cheque because the camera button is under the home button. -------------- Sorry to say, I'm dissapointed again! Now this app lost ability to scroll. Couldn't send a very important interac transfer. It seems that the app when the app woks well it works very well, but when the problems start they are pretty annoying. Definitely not looking forward to the new app judging from the reviews it's getting.

App used to be not bad, now it won't open, says I need the latest version. Going to the play store doesn't show any updates, and actually lists the last update being in Feb 2019. So with little other choice, I uninstalled and reinstalled; which promptly didn't fix the issue. Hopefully this gets sorted, used to be really quick and convenient. Used to seem like they're on top of it, but this time I haven't had access to the app in a little more than a week. Would not currently recommend.

Edit: I was notified by customer service that the issue is fixed. Everything is running as good as new. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Thank you. I cannot scroll down to any account lower than what is initially displayed on the screen. It's as if the scroll feature has been locked. Can your team fix this issue? This has become a huge inconvenience when trying to access accounts further down. Thank you.

The app stopped loading properly on Android...It's an older OS version, still compatible though. When loading, the app now displays an 'Exit Notification' popup ("you have chosen to view a page outside of this app") and it stops loading. Cancelling out or OK-ing the popup does not help. The app just became totally useless. No login, nothing. Re-installed and rebooted several times. Same issue. Please don't ask for more details via Contact Us, as I see in many other reviews - there aren't any...

cannot scroll down in most menus on the app. lots of these menus have a "send" button at the bottom to complete your action. Because I cannot scroll down to even see this button the app cannot be used for lost of its "convenient" functions (like etransfers). App used to work great then it broke after a recent update. hope this gets fixed. *Edit* issue has been fixed. This app is no longer supported though.

Worst app ever! I literally had to enter a security number for each update I made. The app was constantly telling me I had to update an email recipient and when I did, it said they were already a recipient and wouldn't update. On top of that, I dont have access to all my accounts! I was on the phone with customer service for like an hour and she said it was fixed but nope! I only have access to half the accounts. Total BS. The app is the number one reason why I'll leave coast capital.

Don't look at your at your accounts near mid night. Your upcoming bill payments for the next day go into a black hole and you can't see them till the next day. Also setting up bill payments the date drop down should be a calender It's to easy to move the year when you're changing the day Otherwise a good app it's just that disappearing bill payment is a show stopper.

AHH! Frustrated!! PLS FIX THIS!! 😩 Usually I don't have many problems with the CCS app. It's the main--and ONLY way to access my online banking. To reiterate what others have already mentioned, it begins to start up, but then displays a pop up that says I need the latest version to continue, and then closes?! But, I already haaaave the latest version! It's HEINOUS I SAY! ..And inconvenient ANND reealllyy bad timing.😵 Gotta pay my bills and send out those $$ transfers.. ASAP!😬 Fix?!?!?? 🔜🔨

Doesn't work for me. Keeps opening the online site. It worked fine, they updated and changed it. Got a e transfer and it's taken hours to jump through hoop after hoop and finally get the transfer, when I needed it 3 hours ago. Screwed me over and complicated my weekend immensely. Now when I try to open the app it opens the internet site, app won't work.

This app was great. Clear, straight forward, easy to use. Emphasis on the WAS. Until for some godforsaken reason they decided to stop supporting it in favour of an app that doesn't work, with no time given for transitioning. I can't even sign in online anymore. Trying to change my password does nothing either.

This app needs major fixing. It's so frustrating to use every time I try to log in I put my password and it loads but dosent do anything half the time I have to close and re open the app 3-6 times before it actually works. When I try and do e-transfers half the time it works other half it loads but dose nothing and I have to close and re open the map multiple times.

This app might have been acceptable in 2001 but come on guys... it takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't load at all, no fingerprint sign-in, clunky menu, keyboard fails to come up half the time when you tap an input box, log out problems etc. You guys need a new app from sratch, dump this premade banking app and make your own that actually works, you can obviously afford it. Other banks are blowing you away...

app is worse than before,text is small and off screen. Completely pointless update. Now it says it'll take me to the new app but instead takes me online and doesn't load or loads after a second attempt. Also, when accepting etransfers my page shows on half the screen. Would be nice to have an app working properly on all platforms before launching live to the world.

They broke it. You can't scroll anymore so now some screens don't have a submit button out any way to proceed. you can't even send feedback through the app because of it. it's also difficult to see what you're typing as a result. this app used to be very useful. now it's just inconvenient and a pain to use.

An awful app to use for online banking. Each time I login, I encounter several errors (oops! Something went wrong please try again) and I have to fill everything out all over again. I've been trying to make a photo deposit - no luck so far. I am so behind frustrated with this app. At least the old one worked.

Haven't been able to use Interac eTransfer via the app for weeks now, despite multiple app updates. Contacted Coast Capital multiple times, have yet to hear back. Disappointing. Other features seem to work fine, except for having to re log in with every frequent update.

The scrolling down has not worked for over a month which is very frustrating so I decided to uninstall and re-install the app and now it just pauses at 100% download when installing and wont install on my samsung s7 edge. very disappointed right now!!! at least the regular website still works! Update 6/28/2019 Thank you for your reply and thank you for fixing this issue. I am very satisfied that I can use this app again properly!

Coastcapital Savings App is by far the absolute worst, least reliable app out there for banking. It always crashes at the absolute worst times when you need the banking app to work the most (during pay periods, rent or when payments are due to come out of the account). Please do us all a favor and scrap this app and start fresh with new developers that can put together a working, reliable app.

Poor usability issue: I accidentally clicked the "Privacy & Security" link 80% of the time while trying to log in. I was confused at first on why I had to see the page sometimes. The links are too close to the call to action, "Log in as" button.

What has happened to this app?? I appreciate there is a newer app.coming yet every time I try to log in it lets me know to 'hang tight' as it is not yet ready for use. In the meantime this current app seems to have been downgraded... Deposit on the go no longer works as the home button is placed over the camera button??? 20+ year member - Very disappointed.

i really appreciate the app, obline banking is my preferred banking option. I don't like that I have to logout twice, to actually get out of the app itself. it seems to stay logged in unless hit that button twice. FYI, I use a Google Pixel 2 if that makes a difference in issues.

too bad you didn't have all your ducks in a row before you changed the app. There isn't one that's compatible with my Samsung tablet. I've got the one for my Samsung phone. I can't send etransfers. Very very frustrating. Get it together Coast Capital

I find it extremely frustrating when I can not access my accounts, because you say I need to up grade the app. Only problem is there is no up grade available. I removed the old app and installed the app again. Only to continue with the same problem. You need to fix this problem. Frustrated and starting to get very upset..?

This app doesn't scroll down through my accounts and often freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't help. So frustrating! I switched from Apple to Android and find the android app doesn't work nearly as well.
