Great app except for the checkflash deposit function. When taking a photo of the check, it has you tap the screen both to focus and to take the photo. My phone only recognizes the action as focusing, rather than me trying to take the photo. No matter where I click on the screen, no matter how many times, and no matter what I try it almost always registers the tap as focusing. Very rarely can I get it to actually take the photo. This could be fixed by having a separate button to take the photo.

Hate it. Not only does it not actually work, you are constantly looped back to the login screen, where every entry will be considered invalid, so it's very easy to get locked out of your own account. This app used to work, whatever they did just destroyed it. No fixes either after MONTHS of other users complaining. The setup is atrocious, the wonky phone call system is being phased out, the broken app is infuriating, the only way you can check your balance is on a home computer, bank or atm.

Unable to use the checkflash feature. I have Uninstalled and installed multiple times and still get a permanent loading screen. Called customer service and they were not helpful. Said it must be a network issue and to try it in different locations. Still doesn't work. Very frustrated.

After latest update "available funds" is not accurate and will get you multiple $27 overdraft fees for relying on it, I got 5. I even had courtesy pay turned off over the phone last year and without my consent they turned it back on recently. I signed to have that feature on over 5 years ago so it is "my fault", even though it was supposed to be off now. This also happened to 3 friends after the latest update, all paid hundreds in fees from the app not reflecting their money accurately.

Its probably got one of the easiest ways to navigate as well as wire/transfer money directly from the app to other. My only issue, is that once or twice a week the app will crash or not load correctly, and I'll have to go through my browser to even just check my balance.

The app works fine, other than it won't let me make a check deposit. It keeps saying "RDC Accounts Unavailable" and I cannot figure out how to enroll in mobile RDC (or if I even need to). Also the help on the website isn't very helpful, it says to look for certain options on the menu which I appear to not have on my menu. Very confused and frustrated

Since the update I've had nothing but problems getting to log in with finger print.. the first attempt it won't take my print. If I close, then reopen, it takes my finger print but it has a lag time that appears to not accept it then all of a sudden it recognizes it...

Update, reinstalling the app did work. It's still a bit glitchy, takes a moment to respond to scrolling and does not scroll smoothly. Also, hard to scroll without opening transaction detail. App keeps locking up, I am reinstalling. Hope that fixes it.

Super easy to look at your funds on the go, transfer money, and pay loans. I use it almost everyother day. I'm 28 and this app couldn't be any easier to use if you got a phone and aren't lazy to find out something new. You can find the app very helpful.

App worked great for a while, but recently has been giving an error - "An unknown error has occurred" - when trying to log in. No suggestions to debugging or who to contact for assistance. Is otherwise a good app when it works, and is as user friendly as you could expect.

Since the update I have had trouble logging in, receiving unknown error messages, unable to access bill pay, etc. I have now reinstalled the app 4 times and it will work for a day or two then will stop working. It is so frustrating.

I just started a account with Coast Central and can already tell this app is horrible. My instructions were to enter my member number in the new user box. This did not work and the app kept telling me to put in my username to change my password instead. So this app is useless to me. I've had no problems with other banking apps so this is really disappointing.

Can't see stamens and the actual amount in the account. Nothing been changed. am still not getting estament access, the money that actually is available and am paying overdrafts on top that I cannot verify the card to be used with Samsung or Google pay systems. Terrible app.

Unfortunately this app seems to be as potentially horrible as many reviewers say it is. I don't necessarily go by reviews, and was eager for this to work, but after I entered all my info correctly, and tried to use Check Flash Drive, I got nothing but errors and now a permanent "loading" happening. I will uninstall a.s.a.p.

Online format very time consuming bill pay has to many steps pop money slow to deliver I only use this financial institution because of the hours they're open plan to switch to Chase I especially don't like the format for the checking account I really miss the Bank of America customer service and their online program was very streamlined transactions were quick and mostly one or two step

Slow, ugly, looks 10 years old. Flash check deposit very difficult to get working. Update. While I like the Credit Union and appreciate their offer to help, it is the developer that needs help. I have tried better lighting, darker background, etc and still find the check deposit very fussy. I am not alone with this problem. Other members of the household with different phones report the same problem and they actually have given up, asking me to help by using my phone.

Ever since I updated it I cant log in, it keeps logging me out so frustrating I've called the branch they told me to uninstall and try again this is my third time trying and yet no progress so irritated 😡 Should have left it alone it was working fine until it got updated.... This app is terrible. It used to function properly 60% of the time; now it functions 0% and I have to mail in my checks. Awful! I have Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it 3 times. My complaints fall on deaf ears.

Never had a problem loading my account. I don't use this app to pay bills because I use the apps from the sites I need to pay. I transfer money between cccu accounts all the time no problem. Not sure why other people are having such a problem with it? Maybe they're inept?

This app only allows me to transfer funds from one account to another about 10% of the time. Mostly I get an error and have to call in order to transfer funds.

uggghhhh you need to fix your app. used to work GREAT now takes me at least half a dozen tries to get on. I've called customer service 3 times about this and still no fix. This has been going on for over a month too.... please get this inconvenience fixed...
