We have been working with coast to bring this software to the mining industry. We are now able to have seamless flow between project work and task management with our whole team in two warehouses. I highly recommend this product and look forward to working closely with coast.
So far so good. My staff recieves notifications right away, which is nice. Used Crew previously and ran into many issues of notifications not being recieved til hours later. Very responsive when it comes to issues. Currently have one in regards to loading pictures and they are looking into it. Its simple to use and does what it is intended for. My staff is happy with it, so I am happy with it.
Warren Wu (Coast support) was extremely helpful. My employer spelled my @name wrong. They didn't know how to fix it so I reached out to Coast support. They responded immediately and solved my issue. I never thought something so simple as spelling meant so much to me, but Warren Wu understood!! :) Thank you so much.
Easy to use. Sometimes it won't let me scroll up. Wish there is a way to do search. Otherwise, great app to see msg and create schedule.
I'm able to stay in communication with all my clients at once without the annoyance of multiple message pinging on my clients phones. 👌🏾
I can't live without MyBiz. We are opening more locations and I am certain that there's no way we could do that without it. What used to take me hours takes me minutes! And they are always making the app better! The search function has saved me so much time and energy. I can find anything I need in like two seconds. No more app to email, everything is in one place. I love it.

Suspicious, to say the least. I tried the service and realized it wasn't doing it for me. I had different needs. Contacted support and asked to delete my account, since there was no option to do so. They replied with: "What were you looking for?", without addressing my request. I brought it up again twice, and they never replied. In addition to that, on the same day I signed up, someone from Coast called me and asked me what I thought about the app while dismissing my wish to delete the data.
GLITCHY. If I try to type a long text, it will reboot and I lost everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and I hate that my business uses this app. It takes forever to send messages. This app needs a lot of help. I do not reccomend.
The app works decently enough, but the updates are numerous and quite inconvenient as I get no notification through the google play store that an update is available. So when I need to use it, I have to update it before doing so. Not great in my line of work when seconds matter.
Great way to communicate with large staff! Everyone downloads the app, and even for the ones who don't, they still will receive a sms of what's going on in the group. I have had a 98% download rate from staff. They love it to, bc they can pm each other and have side conversations and no one has to give out phone numbers. This is the best way to get the info you need to large groups of people.
As the Director of Nursing at a skilled nursing facility we struggled with commumicating changes with all staff. We tried several available applications and just couldn't find the right fit. That was until we found Coast. This product help to increase our communication with all facility departments. With the ability to communicate quickly and clearly with staff we are able to provide quality individualized care to our patients.
Great team chat app. Can easily create and assign tasks to each other, great way to track progress. I can also easily view the weekly shift schedule posted by my manager and also shift swaps with ease.

Not intuitive at all
It was good. Worked wonderfully, no complaints. Then I did the latest update (11/24/21) and now it won't even open the app. Help?
I've been trying many different apps looking for what I finally found in Coast. This is awesome!!!
Unable to send texts, they keep failing. Yet I receive messages.
Slow. Not all messages make it to my employees. Takes forever to upload a picture. Taking my team of 50+ to slack. Much better usability.

This is the best way for me to keep in contact with the situation at my job. It's fantastic. I can always know what the schedules will be, I can instantly communicate any problems with the entire team, or stay confidential with certain people. And I love how fast the app is.
