My car was wrecked and I had to constantly reach out to them. A month later they told me I need to pay $1000 deductible for the insurance plus another down payment of $2500. I didn't have that amount so I went to Chacon with $1500 and got myself a 2019 Nissan. They keep trying to take money out my account since I'm keep getting emails stating my payment didn't go through and there was an error.
Continuely call if 2hrs past due date. If your payment isn't in by Saturday close. They are calling on Sunday asking for payment. They like doing all they can to add more to payoff at the end.. cant tell you how long they've had my truck double insured & expect me to pay for because my deductible is $500 higher than they like. The truck is a 2011 with 300k miles on it! Horrible customer service
Can't make payments on the app anymore. It was great before

Great job on fixing the issue with being able to read the messages that are send from the system but now the app doesn't allow to make payments. Every time I try to make a payment the app crashes. I use to make payments before they fixed the personal message problem.
