It is a great app to use and very easy. I wish you could have the option to log in with you fingerprint. Having the option to transfer money in the app would also be more convienent than going to the website.
Needs more features. Specifically needs an option to save my password...why in the day and age can I not save my password on all my accounts? Secondly there is no where in the app that displays my entire account number. I have several accounts with different banks and dont know all of them by memory except the two I use most frequently. When I need to make a mobile deposit I can't remember my full acount number to write on the back of my check and its nowhere to be found in the app.
Doesn't let me use the check deposit. Photos of the check are constantly loading. Bad design and terrible implementation. They could have at least TOLD us that the old app doesn't work anymore. I'm considering closing my account and moving to another bank.
worst app ever, I couldn't even log in online, it's something every day with this app, either i can't login or it takes too long to load. put a pep in ur damn step and fix this damn thing!
Won't sign in, been like this for months, have to go to the website, I am almost so sick of this bank I want to change. Four months later, still can't sign in...useless...

This is the worst bank app ever. Someone needs to fix these. It is so aggravating when you can't log in to check your account.

What I HATE is that we, the account holders, have been sorely underinformed through this entire transition! I found out today by trying to log in that my old app is no longer in service. Seriously? The Saturday of a three day weekend? Does my card still work? Because you havent even issued us checks yet!! This is MY money, not yours! Changing banks come Tuesday!
Worked once. Now its not letting me log in. Its really just a waste of space at this point. Delete
Used the app once then it locks up have to uninstall an reinstall to make it work. Then it locks up again.
Downloaded it, does not let me log on, very inconvienent since they shut down the other app

The app just stops working and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled. This is my 3rd time installing the app. It does allow me access to my account when it is working.

Some parts are buggy. I have ideas to improve this app 2 make the interface easy & not glitchy but good enough 2 compete w/ the bigger banks. 4rm New Iberia. Reply if interested 4 help w/ this app & bank that i believe in enough, 2 where i passed up big banks just 2 be w/ ya'll. Hate 2 say it but its true. Everything is turning digital & w/o a proper working bank app that includes the same if not better features of competitors, that can make or break this banks success 4 new younger customers!
