The update of this app just installed automatically. The app generates an error message when I try to log in with my fingerprint and it doesn't respond at all when I log in with my password.
The app isn't loading just going to a white screen and still not loading
Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall because the screen just is blank on my Samsung Note 10S
Often bugs when trying to transfer money between accounts.
Doea not accept my card...it has in thepast...before i had to download the app....very disappointing

Saw the update today, and still doesn't work with the autofill API for password managers. The fields get filled but the "continue" button remains greyed out, like it doesn't recognize thst the fields are filled. If I manually copy and paste then it works fine. Check deposit mechanism needs to take advantage of the flash. It's hard to get a clear picture without a shadow.
Cannot paste password, cannot use random complex password from password manager. Not learning a random 20 character string for every login. Blocking paste on any password field lowers security, or should I just use'12345678'?

We love CCB and would recommend the bank to anyone. This app on the other hand . . . . Depositing a check can be painful. The app disables the flash so lighting is always shadowed by the phone taking the photo even in full sun. Many times (about 1 in 5) the app has a problem with the check being deposited, claiming that it's not endorsed when endorsement is plainly stamped on the check back. Sometimes reentering all the info works, sometimes not. Often waiting 5 minutes will correct the "problem". Depositing checks written from a business account where the check size is larger or there is watermarking present is particularly troublesome. This app is uneven and not reliable. We use it to deposit into our business account and so must deal with these issues often. Frustrating.
I guess I should feel lucky that I can now check balances and transfer funds between accounts (some accounts, not all!) BUT, you can't view or see any activity in any of the accounts! Ap ALWAYS times out /busy... Should give less stars, but I do like the bank...
It's always been a little difficult for the check deposit function to read a check. But, now the camera won't even open in the app. It just immediately closes, or doesn't load at all. I thought it was my phone, but it works for everything else. Please fix?? Will change to five stars after.

After enter password its "Loading..." forever. Wasting time.
Can't even sign in. Why is there no way to set up my account on this app? If I have to do it on the bank website, that is ridiculous. This app needs to be way more streamlined. So does the website but that is another matter. I have set up probably at least a hundred different online accounts, and this system is junk.
Very easy to use.
Although convenient to use its not reliable. Have to reset password too often. Sometimes it wont accept input at all. Deposits and paying bills without driving into the bank cant be counted on.
