Not user friendly. So much "clutter". E-transfers take forever to come in and send out. Hard to navigate when depositing an Etransfer.
Seamed ok for checking uour account and paying bills but e transfers are a nightmare you can not get them to work at least I can't and I see others here have had problems
Been with then for 50 years only thing is they charge 1,75 per transaction for e tra fer only bank that does but totally satisfy
I can't do everything transfer I click which account I want to transfer from and then it just bring some back to the previous screen and it didn't select the account
The App was working fine till about the middle of October 2017 after which the app stopped loading to a log-in screen.. still unable to access the app on any of our Samsung devices 2-3 weeks later at time of review
Not enough detailed information about service charges and e-transfer limits in app without having to contact someone which is the last thing I have time for. There should be a button like my partners so i can read why on certain things, especially if it's a service charge or what my limit would be for sending and receiving etransfers. Without ever being given that information by person or app makes it easy to scam an unsuspecting client out of more fee's then they know.
