App always showing no internet in my device and it's not working...while having working internet in my device even all others app working properly

Please make the app quit robust. Sometimes its becomes unresponsive. It lacks details and filters. I selected the product as of my size and when i did the payment online and ordered completed size of product changed to something else. After that no cancellation or ammendment.
I like your all product but I am very sorry to say that 95% product are up to xxl size and I need XXXL size also delivery charges are high.
I think to became a part of the Cobb after purchasing lots of things but now I want to tell you. you are totally fraud after payment order will be not shipped.

I think this is a fruad company. I ordered A jacket from it money deduct from my account but I didn't receive any Sms and On company site my order showing pending and no any customer service is on all is fruad I want my money back

This app need lots of improvement. This app not provided correct tracking details & product return procedure very difficult.
It's the worst shopping app I ever used, you cannot make ur account on this app & your order description only sent in to ur gmail account, it doesn't show in this app in order section, it takes lots of time to delivered the product & I get my product after 2 months of order. So be careful guys don't order any product from the Cobb online site. It's official store is very gud bt it's online site is worst, your money might get stuck in it too.
This app is pathetic. Not able to check my exchange status also there is no direct customer service number. Everytime you have to talk the boat only and they are not solving the query. I have ordered jaggings and trying to exchange the size but not able to do. My money is waste. Please if you are delivering online orders so please look your customers problem also. I'm following since 10+ days but no update. Really dissapointed.
I have never seen such a poor service online of cobb. I am regretting placing an order. There are no customer care services. There is a contact number, trying for three days. And there is no response to the mail as well. Talking about shopping through this platform is far away. I would not even recommend installing it.
Poor customer service. No response from their end. things shown are sold out. No filter that shows only available products. Wastage of time in searching items that are available

Ordered 4 may 2021. Received defective jeans. Item was picked up on 19 may, return on 25 may. But after 36 days replacement not dispatched yet. And no information about the replacement. When call to customer care no. No one pick up the phone. No reply of email or whatsapp also.
Most worst clothing site ever. I am giving this site 1 star because i had no option below this. I ordered clothes of rs 1100 and returned it due to size. And they charged me rs 100 for in refund. I never had this experience with other platforms. I request you all to not use this site never.
I ordered for 2 t-shirt and 1jeans. My account was debited but order wasn't initiated. I have complained many times via WhatsApp and email but neither my amount was not refunded yet nor order was not delivered. I am facing this issue last 3 month. So i strongly say that this company is fake.
Beware of this cheat. This is a spurious app.I have been cheated by the same customer care number with the name stylekart. They had cheated me in Diwali sale when instead of designer jackets they sent tattered sweaters. No return or exchange was possible as they were not contactable by mail or what's app. Now when I left a product in my wish list in Cobb app I got a what's app prompt from the same number as customer care to finish my purchase
i have parches 4 items cobbitaly apps thought but they are sand only 3 product .i have contact several times customer service center but didn't any reply and they are committed to this type of scam totally worst . cobbitaly is totally frurd application dont buy any product cobbitaly apps.very poor service and poor customer service.
Below average stuff and fitting is not as per measurements mentioned. Plus there is no customer care. No replies to any email. You have to lose shipping charges even if you return back full order. OVERALL PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Very annoying as update asked in just few days of installation. More irritating as there is no scope of scope. If the app does not change the system then I will quite next time!!!
WORST APP. No proper management. Order cancelled by itself after so much long time, when I was expecting the delivery. No refund has been made in my account till date.

Very Very bad experience with cobb. When I returned one item 59 rs deducted from my refund amount. This is a fraud. That is not a customer's friendly platform. We should go other online shopping platform like flipkart amazon etc. Good bye cobb and thanks for your 59 rs deduction.
