app is still not working. please take another look. it continues to crash and gives error messages stating - error occurred at initializing. Then it closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same outcome.
Too slow! Constant log in errors. Outage map will never load. The Smart Hub app was much better.
Don't require the account number to reset the password. I don't get get paper bills, so the stupid app is the only way for me to know. Whatever idiot decided to require the account number should be drug out into the streets and beaten. 🤬
This is the 2rd time in a year the app crashed on a Saturday and I desperately need to add money to my prepaid account. GET IT TOGETHER ON THIS APP!!
Used to love it. Now I can't log in even though I triple-checked name and password after updating to newest version. Now it bites weenies.

Logged into app, just to be asked to log in again. Also getting cookies error. This app is more like a web browser that can only view the Cobb EMC website.
I hate Cobb Emc and the peak hours price gouge scam! They should be sued for ripping off customers. One hour of high use by accident and you pay extra for the whole year. Horrible and probably illegal!
Easy to use
About freaking time you guys got an app. I got on it easily and was able to make a quick payment. For that alone you guys get 4 stars. I'd have to deal with more of your functions in order to give 5.
Subpar The idea of having an app is great and convenient. However, this is a great example of a lack of UX thinking. Plus just bad programming. Examples: The app has a view to show your energy consumption and plotted above the temperature. However, more often than not, that curve is missing. The same applies go weekly overviews, I've never had a week which plotted every day. While individual days I could look up individually, in the weekly overview they dissappeared. Also: login issues...
