Not functioning as expected. Can't do a Zelle payment. Tried multiple times. First, it just gives a blanket error message that the amount I'm trying to send is above my limit, but does not specify how much is my limit, nor can I find out, other than trying multiple different amounts to see what it really allows. Second, when I get past the amount limit issue, when reviewing the transaction, it can't figure out who the zelle account belongs to as it ends up with a blank in its review/confirmation message, and when I try to continue, get an error message "unable to process transaction" So I tried to send it to another zelle account, and while it could figure out who that zelle account belonged to it in its review/confirmation message, it still fails with an error message "unable to process transaction" It will be nice if there is a way from the App itself to report these issues/errors when they happen, so their IT or customer service department is notified for them to respond or fix it quickly.

Absolutely terrible. It just stops working all the time. I usually have to completely uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working again. I constantly get stuck in a verification loop. The fingerprint login doesn't work most of the time or works for a while and then stops. I most likely will be leaving this bank because they can't get their app to work on the most basic level. It's the worse bank app I have ever used.

I just wish someone would here what we are asking for. At my local bank I complained about application, but been told that ifs the Best application and on her phone it works great! But it does not! The application has to be fixed, it randomly pops out on my phone, at any time it just wants I guess. Its annoying. Also I would love to be able to log in with my fingerprint, at least have it as an option. Also please add running balance at the time of transaction. Thank you.

The app works great when it works. This is the third time in the last three weeks I've had to delete it and re-download it because it says loading and then just goes to a white screen instead of the sign in screen. Also when I don't close the app all the way it pops up over other apps and thats pretty annoying.

It's okay when it's working. Unfortunately I have hit a glitch where it wants my phone number to enroll, even though I've been using it for at least 3 years, and then tells me the number is already in use. I have contacted the bank three times about fixing this, been promised it would be fixed, and it still isn't fixed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still nothing. FIX YOUR APP ALREADY!!!!

Edit: 3 months later and this app has gotten worse. Basically not functional at all anymore. Have to reinstall it everytime. Usually can't log in because it requires a verification sent to my cell phone, but tells me my number is already in use. Will have to change banks. Fingerprint scanner no longer able to be used, won't recognize checks for deposit, forces me to change my password each use. Whatever they did with the update made this completely worthless. Extremely frustrating.

Below average. Check deposit fails, complaining about a blurred image. My credit union check deposit works and has better features. Not completely modern. DOES have fingerprint compatibility and Zelle. Those features together are worth 2 stars. Still no mobile notifications. SMS is good enough I guess.

Unstable at best! When/if you get the fingerprint sign-on to work, it works for about 45-60 days. Then, it randomly stops working and tells you authentication is required. However, LAST NIGHT FINGERPRINT STOPPED WORKING AND WHEN I SIGNED ON, $65,000 WAS MISSING FROM ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS. WHEN I SUGNED ON USING A PC, THE BALANCE WAS CORRECT. How to fix this ERROR. Uninstall the mobile app. Restart your phone. Reinstall the app, and you are back to normal. This is an issue with caching.

Never lets me login. Have to go the my computer and reset password every single time. I can consistently login on multiple computers but almost never on my phone. Use four other banks everyday without issue. This one is far behind the others. No fingerprint recognition. I give up.

App. is very functional and as with most apps has some differences that once you learn, you are able to navigate very easily and make sense. Await the release of biometrics (fingerprint sign-in) for Android.

I have used the app a lot to do transfers, check my payment history, and get general information. I am excited that their will be/is a new feature that will allow me to put in my checks! It has worked great with good loading time, and good space design.

It is great to be able to deposit without leaving my office in most cases. I have had trouble's with a few checks that I wasn't able to process in the mobile app. Also it would be nice to deposit more then one check at a time.

Having same issue with loading. The app opens but then goes to a white screen. My app will also open at random times. Will be attempting a reload of the app to see if anything changes.

I get exceptional service from my bank. My app works great and if I would have a issue I go to the nice ladies and the gentleman who is always happy to fix any issue it maybe..Leadville Colorado community bank is the best..iam not a fan of banks at all however I've expressed this opening my account they all have done there best to make sure I had and have no issues. P.S. all the bad reviews ppl should just go talk with there bank.

Invalid username and password despite using exact same log in info that works on the banks website, which doesn't even load anymore in my browser, by the way. Very disappointed this is only bank within 60 miles of where I live.

Zelle app stopped working so tried banking app. It fails with no reason given.. Will end up closing this account based on this pathetic app and integration with zelle. Looking for bank that doesn't do business with Zelle.

This bank dose luve time banking so I don't have to worry about how much money I have in my account. When you use your card it is deducted at that time not the next day. They don't try and set you up for overdraft charges. Thanks..
