Cobo Wallet: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash, XRP, XLM

it's almost 2 month and yet my KYC still being processed. Been trying to get help from the CS, they keep asking to do stuff that obvious. i won't recommend this wallet at all also you can check all the 5 stars rating kinda suspicious, just saying. edit for my current kyc status

Great app. Use it daily, but most recent update removed the quick exchange functionality for me. its what i use it for mostly. edit. it has been just about 24 hours since I emailed, still no word. Considering at the speed that the crypto prices fluctuate, it's important to have these types of functionalities working properly. I regret updating the app, and will be moving to another platform.

Contacting support is broken: When choosing category for issue, a date is required for many categories. The date drop-down menu doesn't open on my phone, requiring me to use the wrong category for my support request (cobo vault instead of cobo wallet)

There is no way to delete your account to protect your data. When I inquired with support, they just said leave it... No assuring to say the least when we are living in the age of big data leaks with big companies, it's crazy there isn't a delete your information option. Another person mentioned forgetting the payment password and I had the same issue where they asked me to KYC. I never did kyc to protect my data and they could only ask for it. I wanted to just delete my account.

i have been using this app since 2019, it's a great app on creating passive crypto income. But since your 5.0++ upgrades problems popped out on my end. i have a locked altcoin that previously on POS, that can't be accessed, support was no help even telling me find and older version hence you don't archive, you also locked me out on submitting support tickets.

I am very dissapointed about their customer service, when i created my account. I forgot the payment password, I emailed them numerous times and they wanted My documentations, I sent them in and never heard back from them. The thing is, I have money in this wallet and i cannot take it out. Be very cautious with this wallet.

Excellent especially with the staking features and quick exchange between supported crypto among other features. But I think a direct exchange between VET and VeThor would be convenient since they are native currencies ...but I am still gonna give 5star cobo wallet is great.

*STAY AWAY* WORST WALLET AROUND! I would recommend using a different wallet, based on my experience with COBO. This wallet should be used with caution. I would NOT recommend it. TRX TRON has their own wallet which works great. I would leave this one alone. UPDATE: THEY WANT A FULL KYC TO REMOVE FUNDS OF ANY AMOUNT. **STAY AWAY FROM COBO**

The app states that you can store TRX coins but this is not true. You can store the usual big players Btc, ETH etc, but not half of the coins it states. Also designed for China and Not UK.

This app is a joke. I don't receive an sms verification code . So my crypto is stuck in this wallet. It's a good as not even having any crypto because you can't move your money to another wallet. Avoid this app. It is a useless app. Avoid bigtime. I would even give it 1 star. But there isn't an option for 0 stars

Transactions are very easy. Rates displayed is also genuine and helpful. Interface of the app is also good. Thumbs up.

No one try to download this wallet, this wallet is totally cheat, deduct more than 70% on transfering your funds...once I lost my funds also I try to login but it can't access later I send the message to support center than they give me access than no amount in it...later I send message for that again...than I try to transfer and they deduct more than 70% on tax fees...totally fraud wallet

It is a great universal mobile wallet. It is also best growing app till date and it gives easy to use facility. Gives speed money transfer with good security and service.

Am sorry for rating it one star....am yet to receive a verification code for 2hrs now ...both my emails and number are functioning well but still I can't get a verification code ....that's my reason for rating one star please admin attend to my issues.... Im simply in love whit this app very transparent, easy to use and I my experience very safe the only remark I have is when you convert a currency on cobo you are straight forward by saying a third party does the transactions and so on but what exactly is the fee for the rest love your app keep up the good work!!!! <3

Would not allow me to use my phone number to create an account. After getting two factor authentication for my email address, I am told I need to check a box that I am not a US person, and that a US person can not download and use the app. THEN WHY ARE YOU SELLING THE COBO VAULT PRO, IN THE UNITED STATES

App stated to update to 3.0.0 but after download it can't be installed. There is no way of using the app without updating. Why release an update when it cannot be installed.

Alot of people have given this app some negative feedback but what I can tell so far is that this app is brilliant, bought some NFC items and collecting interest or staking rewards which is far higher than what I ever got from binance, brilliant app!
