I have optimized battery, restarted device (several times), gotten no new results. Cannot access anything. No modes (I need to change how the leg operates) no battery level. My device tells me the app is not responding, and retry only makes you wait longer. This used to be a very good app for me. Hope these issues can be resolved soon.
It allows me to bluetooth to my C-Leg to see my battery level. If my leg wasnt locked down I would be able to make minor adjustments. But I really just wanted it for the battery life display. I wish the app had just a battery section vs the small icon at the bottom left. Also it seems like it takes a minute or two for the app to connect via bluetooth. Only connection status is at the bottom left. Again, wish there was a bigger spot. Maybe just a status/battery icon section in the menus. If possible it would be nice to have a battery left estimate. Other then those QoL issues I have none. Edit: Looks like the time to connect is just fine. At the time of trying this app it look like the longer connection time was during the charging phase. When im using the lag during everyday use the connection time is much faster.
This app just adds more reasons why the c legs are still the best thing that's happened to me while being an amputee my whole. I have full control of my legs and it's settings as well as knowing the battery life and my step count to. Almost at a million steps with almost a year to date having them. Thank you guys so much for this!! Life wouldn't be the same
The program works great until it loses its bluetooth connectivity. It reverts back to the useless default mode which makes the foot useless. Its like dragging a heavy paperweight as your foot. Ive uploaded the update, tried all the fixes but it doesnt seem to pair or stayed paired to the software. It appears that when the prosthetic doesnt connect with the app - it goes into a factory default reset mode. I would give it more stars, but this has to get fixed. I thought I was "upgrading" from my previous prosthetic. I dealing with the VA (which is a whole nuther rant entirely)
On the whole it's very good, being able to adjust settings is excellent. However one of the most useful aspects is the step counter, which is flawed. For example I've not worn my leg for 10 hours and yet it's claiming I've done 600 steps this morning. I've not even put it on yet. It doesn't count the paces you make round work benches or the kitchen worktops (small, often sideways or incomplete steps) as steps so you can be on your feet a tiring amount of time and it says you've not moved....
Ok for now. I have the Galaxy S9. When I'm on MyModes section, it doesn't so.e the mode icons. It's just a blank screen with battery level at the bottom. I can hit various parts in the screen and it will give the option to change modes. The pictures just don't show up.
Enjoyed the enhanced data for maybe 3 weeks. Had weekly stats to compare. Then as suddenly as these figures were available they disappeared. What a puzzle, no info on starting or ending. Is it just my phone? Bear in mind the system said I had walked when I was asleep.
Not functional, tried versions 1.1 and 2.0. Tech support USA is doing their best but it has issues. These guys are supposed to be the best in the industry, I will update again if they can fix it or in 6 months if they dont.
Why every so often are the Today and Weekly stats unavailable, as in they are greyed out. The leg is connected as battery life is shown etc. I've installed and uninstalled twice. This is really annoying. Happened 3 times in 3 months.
Recently the app wont even open on my samsung s7 edge even after uninstalling and reloading twice!! Please someone fix this. Also, why do we only have 3 settings ??? This could be so much more.
My C-leg worked brilliantly, and I sent it to the factory for scheduled maintenance after 2-million steps. When it was returned, I was able to connect my C-leg to the latest Cockpit app. The C-leg now only has one mode displayed on the app, "Basic Mode", and the C-leg is locked in the safety mode. Now the C-leg is non-functioning. So, my C-leg was working when I send it to the factory for scheduled maintenance, and now the C-leg doesn't work, and the app doesn't help.
On Android 11, the BT connection is sporadic, even with nothing else connected. Once connected, it seems to work well.
no connection etablished beetween my phone and cleg, 3 modes available become one mode, the apps is really bad development and give headaches to user as me ....after removing/reinstalling cockpit 5 times + resetting my cleg 10 times, even i tried to connect cockpit from my ipad, my wife Samsung s9 i still haven't connection, i will ask my Provider to return the cleg4 and go back to the ottobock 3R80 soon...
Worked alright till last week. After android 11 update on my pixel, won't connect at all. Deleted and reinstalled 3 times. App does nothing at all. Connor connect to it
Does exactly what it's extended to do, never had any issues. I only wish I was able to switch modes on my Galaxy Watch instead of having to go in my phone.
Terrible app does not connect. Put the old version back up mine at least worked some this one screwed it up more now nothing. I already have it set to optimized.
My app has frozen and I think it's stuck in walking mode I'm on holiday at the moment and stugling to ride my push bike as there is to much resistance in the knee and throws my foot off the pedal very dangerous not a happy bunny
USED to be okay, now keeps crashing and can't get past the initial start up screen !
App does not connect to my leg. I tried doing what they said on the other reviews but it still doesn't work..
Using Cockpit regularly, makes shifting from different functions so much easier. Thank you Ottobock.
Poor performance the app failed and never shut off Bluetooth
THIS APP IS USELESS KEEPS CRASHING. WON'T EVEN OPEN FOR 10 SECONDS. PLEASE FIX AS I NEED TO USE FOR MY LEG.
Seamless transition when updated to Android 11 app still works like it's supposed to 👍🏻

I have the golf option on my leg but no-one can tell me how to use it or where to find the i formation or tuition? I am in the UK.
Update broke the app. Not able to pair with my leg and the software locks up the phone. Totally unusable. Can't change to any modes. BT sees leg but will not pair with it any longer. Phone is a Samsung S10+. Lost all my modes and I'm not able to put them back. I guess it's a good thing that the leg is set to normal so I can walk.
