CockpitAid
This application displays heading, roll and pitch using the device's internal 3-axis sensors. You can reduce jitter by selecting different data average and update values. You can also lock the orientation of the device and adjust for any offset in roll and pitch.
For devices with internal GPS, the application can display speed, altitude, latitude and longitude. You can enter a waypoint and display its range and bearing.

This app actually uses all sensors correctly and doesn't get fooled by sideways acceleration like other apps. Definitely recommend it.

Useless. Only works in non accelerating reference frame. Doesn't use internal accelerometers for proper dynamic compensation of gyroscopes.
One of the best for Paragliding setting of orientation flat or vertical was important . This one got it perfect. Suggested upgrade would be a 3d look to the presentation and maybe bigger or sizable fonts would be great.
This soft does not calculate and integrate angle velocities and accelerations, it only mesures angles from on-board angle indicator. So, it is not real attidude indicator. Uninstall...

Doesn't get confused (much) by lateral acceleration. Correctly rejects roll indications. Provides compass heading. Allows locking display orientation to show full +/-90 pitch range.
In landscape mode the horizon is on the left side of the screen, centering it would look nicer. Add some gauges such as ground speed, altimeter, vertical speed and call it CockpitAid Pro and sell it for about $5.
Adding more instruments would be nice.

Works as advertised, but it can't be reset while on splitscreen, and if I reset it first and then split the screen, it shows a banking that can't be reset. In othervwords, it' unusable in splitscreen, making it impossible to add another instrument app side by side.
