Ok. So this app is working again. I'm grateful for this because it has been a saviour. My only gripe about the new layout is that I wished I could zoom the pics.

In 2016 I have this app a 5 star cuz I actually do love the app but now it doesn't work on my phone. UGHHHH it will open and no pictures will show or it will freeze but I never get to see anything. I do think it was a good app when I had it and could use it that's just not the case anymore

Kept getting an error but working perfectly now. I'm lost without this app, would definitely pay for it, ladies!

I get a "Page not found" error and then nothing. I have removed the app from my phone and reloaded it but get the same error message. The app worked before, albeit very slowly.

I can't even open the app to give a thorough opinion. When I try to open the app, it crashes.

Like you I've read the reviews old and new but I downloaded it anyway. Thinking surely by now they had fix the immediate error message when I attempt to open this app. Nope so save space on your phone and skip this one formal.

Thank you so much for this app! I am a medium brown girl that does not understand makeup very well outside of mascara and an eyebrow pencil! This was very helpful to see how colors and brands look on my skintone! I really love the built-in links that go to the website of the product to order and the tutorial videos with the product links! I recommended this to all of my friends!

Since purchasing the Skin Deep subscription 2 months ago, I have yet to be able to actually access any of the exclusive content. I want to love and support this app, but something's got to get fixed here.

I love this app but I have been getting an error report with the subscription articles.

When I opened the app it keeps on saying that this version is no longer supported.

I really love the concept of this app but none of the blog posts load and the search function doesn't really work...if these issues were fixed it would definitely be at 5/5

As of today Oct the 12th its not working at all for me on my phone. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled and still nothing. I loved this app but now it's not even worth the space it takes up on my phone since it won't work.

Hi there, just downloaded the app and immediately received an error message. I wasn't able to try anything out or experience what it has to offer

I think its a wonderful idea, however it won't open.. It just tells me the app stopped working and closes it. I'd love to use it! I enjoy spreading the word. **edit: I'll be happily awaiting the update on IG. Thank you!

App still does not work as of 3/22/17.

This app has been great so far. However, I recently paid the $1.99 for the Skin Deep subscription and have yet to enjoy it. I keep receiving an error with the app. I've become frustrated and may end up canceling the subscription if the error doesn't go away. Please fix this so I can enjoy the exclusives you have to offer.

I love this app, but I am unable to view any of the subscription content with an error. :(

I love it! Thanks for giving me a place to see what would look good on my skin before I purchase. I am a sahm of 5 and can't always get to a store so I shop online mostly.
