Last years app was better. This one looks like just a shortcut to the website. The requirement for an email is unrealistic. There is no way to inventory like last year with showing how many of each cookie was sold on 1 page. You cant review the orders easy unless complete. The info isn't saved from year to year.
This app is really bad. Totals don't match the website, you can't enter the gluten free cookie here except in the "sold from inventory on hand" section, the log in is slow and required each time you open the app, you can't enter an order without an email address, and any of the useful features from last year seem to be missing this year. Why can't we do better?
I wish the app would keep the girl's stats and contacts from the previous year along with order information. It is a pain to input Customer info in every year. Having their stats & Customer order helps the girls provide good Customer Service to returning customers. It helps the girls know how much they sold the previous year and helps with future orders and goal setting. Allowing you to put in an order without the Customer email would be beneficial. Great Pontenial, missing crucial elements.
I contacted app developers a year ago regarding major accessibility issues. The person I spoke with laughed at me and thought they were being pranked. ONE YEAR LATER, this app IS Still NOT fully compatable with screen reading software. The dashboard speaks, but the menu button STILL DOES NOT speak or focus. .
Neither the app nor the website update the amount of cookies sold when cookies are sold door-to-door. It's REALLY annoying that a girl could sell 20 boxes going door-to-door, and yet the overall number towards the goal doesn't get updated (ex, 20/300, 50/275, etc) when they get entered into the "Other" tab that's specifically for cookies sold out of the girl's personal inventory. It was the same thing last year, and I REALLY had hoped that it would've been fixed for this year. Please fix!!!
This app is terrible. It doesn't even match the app that's in the video in the resource tab. I can't find my child's unique URL anywhere in this app.
wish a customer email was not required to add an order. was also told the apple version would be able to scan credit cards but both android and apple versions require manual input of credit card numbers. Wish it allowed a separate manual donation/GF line so we could input a personal order for GF or if a customer just donates a few bucks.
Haven't gotten passed where they settings symbol is spinning & has my daughter's name. I don't know what's wrong with this app or it may be my phone. But don't know if my troop has a different app in mind I could use instead
Terrible app, it doesn't count cookies properly, it doesn't work well with Facebook, customer service is so awful they should just get rid of it. Not worth the time you will spend setting it up.
Doesn't update totals. I know I had people put in online orders, yet every time I login, it shows it last updated 3 days ago.
not user friendly. does not work at all freezes all the time. more headache and stress. this is horrible.
If I could give a minus score for this crappy app I would. Cannot log in! Super frustrating! This is supposed to be a helpful tool for little girl scouts to use for selling. Thanks alot for making a useless app.
AWFUL. doesn't load. freezes when does. with all the negative reviews I thought bugs would have been fixed by now; guess not🤷
App has worked great the past two years and being able to take credit cards directly through the app is awesome!
unable to sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and changed the password and I keep getting wait loading page but the page never loads. disappointed
You would think that with how many cookies are sold each year that the Girl Scout's could afford to hire a tech person that knows what they are doing especially now...I'm using Venmo since that app actually works. This app has been a waste of time each year!

The app does not keep your sales updated on your dashboard. It does not have the new cookie in the order area. This app needs some major updates!

This is a good app for girl scouts. Easy and i love it when its cookie season and I use this all the time during it.
Who is this app written to help? You still need to sum up the orders outside of the app. And if you are forced to to use this app as well, it means double the work.
This app works great for my troop! However, when it kicks you out at cookie booth with a line of people, it can get very annoying. I have been in girl scouts for 8 years now. This app revolutionizes cookie sales.
While I find it easy to log on and it's useful to quickly check the total sold, today it failed horribly at the main job it was supposed to do. Take credit cards sales. It was adding extra boxes to the total after the credit card information was put in. The totals would be fine on the page where you enter in which cookies the person purchases, but the total after you run the credit card would be off by at least 1 box, sometimes 2. For example, 1 person bought $20 worth of cookies and had $24 show up as the charge. Another bough $8 and had a $16 charge. This is absolutely not acceptable.
