Works well for me. I'm not sure why others are having problems, but my Samsung Galaxy S7 works fine with this app. Movement detections and doorbell button presses are very quick. It doesn't always function on my work Wi-Fi, but that is due to restrictive firewalling there. Might explain some other users issues?
The set up instructions were not immediatly clear. When it was finally installed the response time from when movement has been detected until the mobile phone notifys is very delayed and too late. The notification ring tone on the Samsung Galaxy 7 edge is too quiet and the same as a message. It appears I am unable to select a louder door bell ring tone more obvious ring tone. The Huawei mobile phone has a louder more obvious door bell ring tone however still very delayed response time
The biggest fault is the bell ring as many have mentioned already. It needs to a ringing not a notification beep. You can miss the beep but an ongoing ring needs answering, this needs correcting before it can be called a door bell. Using Samsung 10
Developer should include the option to choose different ring tones especially on the phone. Otherwise generally a decent doorbell and app for the price.
Slow, laggy, doesn't work on second device. Camera won't show on second device. Have tried everything. Very frustrating
Works ok, I just wish it would let you know when your doorbell battery is running low. The first I ever know is when people complain my doorbell isn't working!
Stopped working after a year, tried to contact cocoon who were more interested in trying to sell me their new doorbell than fix the 1 i had already purchased. Could not fixed, waste of money
connects for a very short period then will not connect.....just says trying to connect.....had to pull batteries out of the doorbell unit to reset it.....now half hour later has done it again......so far useless
I like this it works well. I did find the instructions à little hard to follow but once it was working I am happy with it. Still finding my way around it.
When it works it is awesome, but with rubbish NBN it can be glitchy switching between networks, hoping for a software update soon?
Just simply doesn't work any more. Unable to use at all now. Used to be hit and miss, but now no good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY COCOON PRODUCTS. THEY ARE RUBBISH.
Everything fine but when the electricity or wifi fails must reset the doorbell and pair again with the cellphone to work... Could you fix this?
does not send me notification when someone ri gs the doorbell. i have had app for 3 days now and have had not one notification.
sadly, it worked for a few hours and then failed to connect ever again.
App has failed to work for 2 months even after resetting it several times
Absolutely nothing connected followed the instructions nothing coming up on my mobile phone there's got to be an explanation some where...???

The most important feature of a smart home device such as this, is that the app on the phone needs to be active the moment the device is activated. Unfortunately the developer seems to have missed this key feature. I found my phone was turning the app off to save power and prevent background usage which prevented the app from working entirely. This breaks the product. Until the developer addresses this, the product is broken.
