Good app. It has great potential, but as of now there are still many bugs. An annoying one is that when typing a message, the actual message box is not visible. This means I don't know what I'm typing and it makes the app almost unusable.

Although this app is handy to grace through messages from existing mentees, it fails to send push notifications on new job posted or messages from people who have communicated with you earlier. Another drawback which i see is that the job notification tab shows notifications on requests that are closed. It would be nice yo filter out what is available than to show everything including closed jobs.

Doesn't work and hasn't for a long time. Reinstall didn't fix. I get a weird blue screen that looks like it belongs in another app that mentions something about an SDK error. Will update rating if they provide a solution.

I love Codementor app . It's working well and very light to use . this app have only one missing part that is message to new freelancer job. Right now there are two buttons I can help you and skip , From app I can not send directly message to project owner. but this function is existed in desktop version. Please add this function so that I can use all the functions from mobile app. thanks

For an app that deals with coding this is horrible. Going into a chat takes you back to the chat list instead of the one on one chat. It makes it impossible to use. Let me know when you hire one of the amazing developers on the site to fix it.

The app just freezes or crashes when you try to flollow through by pushing on unread notifications. It always brings me back to the chat tab. I think the app is abandoned, which is a shame because I like their service through the website.

Can't even view jobs when you get sent notifications. Just sends you to messages. This should be such an easy feature to add

On my phone, bringing up the keyboard hides the input field. I don't think the notifications are realtime. Other than those the app works.

Can't sign in with my username/password on Android 9, it simply says incorrect username/password. I'm able to sign in on the website though.

Very poor experience. Doesn't show any notification when a client sends message, neither in new jobs being posted

No features besides messaging, and 120 MB, not worth it, just use the web UI added to the home screen

When I try to type in anything the input field disappears. Also the notifications don't really work.

Every tab says "no items." Theres nothing to do on this app. Its not even close to being a prototype, it shouldnt be released. Theres actually zero features.

Codementor should hire some experts on Codementor to write a new app. Absolute trash.

Nice concept, too many bugs and missing important features. While I get notified for jobs, it often fails to notify me about chats; I just discovered an entire week of people trying to contact me it did not notify me of. Full details of the jobs cannot be seen through the app which diminishes its usefulness; I have to go to the web site to read the full details before offering to help or making contact. It's handy for skimming what's available, and chatting with an active client. Everything else I have to use the site.

Great Platform, very short sighted app. Misses push notifications very often. Missing many important features like job details, review details, attachments. Can't send requests to mentees, need to go to web/mobile web for that. No filters, no search options for jobs or chats. Too slow loading, no profile section. Desperately needs an overhaul.

Notifications rarely work. As a mentor it gets very annoying when I don't know a mentee has messaged me until I look at my email. I frequently have to give out alternative contact methods like Hangouts, Skype or worse give out my personal number for WhatsApp. At times it seems the app opens anew as if it were shut down (but I have given it permissions to stay active in the background and start automatically). The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it allows me to continue a chat. Even the task notifications don't work correctly.

Nice start but unfortunately doesn't replace the website. Can't accept schedule requests, Chats clients don't appear to have lazy loading which causes long lost times for extensive chat history, can't see full job information.

Please fix notifications. I don't get to see any new job posts or incoming chats
