This is a digital alternative to the current Código BAC physical card.
Sign in by using your Banca en Línea’s user and password and follow a few easy steps indicated in the app.
If you forgot your user or your password, please visit www.baccredomatic.com to get help.
Requirements:
- Android 4.4 or later
- Banca en Línea’s access.
- During enrollment, you will need a data plan or Wi-Fi network to get internet connection. Once you are registered, internet connection is no longer required.
Restrictions:
-Available for users who do not have a security level to do transactions, or have a Código BAC physical card associated.
-Users with TOKEN must continue using this authentication factor, or visit a Branch in order to switch to the app.

I was try to access the codeapp since I was processing a transfer. But I blocked the user so I can't log in to the app either the code app. Since, when trying to reenstablish my user it keeps sending me to get my token in the code app, which I can't access due to the user being block. I tried to chat with an agent, but couldnt resolve the problem. :-(
It doesn't work. I have the latest version along with Android 8.1 and it still gives me an error whenever I try to sign up. I needed to get this to work desperately a few hours ago and it was horribly frustrating to say the least.
Not working. Using on Huawei Mate 20 pro latest android 10 and closing after registration. Second time trying it gets to the point of sending a code over email, but when entering the code the app gets stuck and closes. Tried 10 times already and can't go further
App works, but the start up animation is too too slooowwww and unnecessary. Please either remove it or make is 0.5s long. Animations are a thing of the past guys.
Everytime that the app generates a code, I have to try to process the transaction around 20 times until the app recognizes the stupid code! It is a nightmare to make transactions with this useless app!
The fix failed, the white screen still showing up.... I cant do any trans... thanks after update the app is working good... 👍
It gets the job done. It would be appreciated if 2 step up with registered mobile number was enabled to give it an additional layer of protection.
i'm literally just using this bank because it's like, mandatory at work. most of the time i can't even access my own money. and support did try to help, but can't see the issue.

Tried to get into the app, I do have my user name and my password and still is forcing me to obtain a passcode to create a new pin code . All i need is to go on line banking to receive a US Transfer from my brother , this is an useless app
This app is not working at all. You should fix it because when you get to the bank they do not longer sell the card.

Very accurate and safe but however though it is very difficult to reset your password if you were to forget your password from time to time I think the app operators and creators look into this issue should be more easier and selfserved when trying to do things so simple as changing a username and password and having to rely on bank employees to do it for you!!
