This update to your rewards and your lack of attention to how awful your "forgot you password" response has cost me an hour of my life. And the finishing touch is that I still cannot access what I have earned. I'm seriously reconsidering Starbucks, it should not be this difficult to deal with you.

Please FIX this! I've been doing great using this app before until today the app crashes when I open it...or in simpler the app closed to background every time when I try to open it, making this app unusable..Please Fix This!

The app used to be working well but now it tells me "Unfortunately, Coffee Bean Brunei has stopped".

Why do this app cannot open?..

I really interesting to download your apps.. But suddenly when i try to register its always say incorrect combination username and password.. So how do i register? On the for they never mention bout user name.. Its only email .. First and last name and the password.. N so on.. And got some lagg please improve ur apps.. Thanks

Ads everywhere. Too busy to follow easily, did not even bring up quick option to pay and go or add funds to account at the register
