Old version, not compatible with my SGS8. Non-functional bloatware ... 23MB of my internet data allowance wasted, along with my time taken in installing/uninstalling this piece of crapware. How is this supposed to replace/enhance the previous loyalty card scheme? What was so broken about it? - and I have to ask ... are your apps subcontractors ex-Aldi, by any chance?

Works perfectly well in iOS but not on android. Will not log in and if I select "forgotten password " all I get is a spinny disc. Says that app was developed for an older version of android but this is a new app. Rubbish.

Can't login. I clicked on "forgot my password" entered my email address and the timer runs forever and nothing happens. Might have to go back to Costa, their app works perfectly.

Rubbish app. Old version not compatible with the latest android phones. No ability to create an account. Says "go to website to register" but there's nowhere to register on said site. Who signed this off? Honestly...

What? Got the new loyalty card and followed instructions to download this app. It has nothing to do with loyalty at all and also says I have older version but no update to get newer. Hope this gets sorted soon.

There is no innovation yet. You advertised the new loyalty scheme but it is still not apparent. I tried downloading this app and I cannot for the life of me see what use it is

Asking me for username and password which I dont remember having. When clicked forgot and entered my email address it just keeps loading and doesnt do anything :(

An old app. Useless. Contacted Coffee ! but have not bothered to reply. Shocking Customer service

New app but my android is too 'new' for it...

When opening the app, a pop-up tells you to register your card at coffee1.co.uk and when you go to the page, it just says 'page not found'. As others have said, trying 'forgot password' doesn't work either. Please sort this out Coffee#1!
