By examining your thinking styles, you can learn to change them which can reduce anxiety, depression, and unreasonable anger. In addition, you can improve your self-esteem and your relationships.

***Cognitive Styles Test This is a 110 item test examining 13 styles of thinking that can lead to problems in relationships, problems at work or in school, and problems coping with life stressors.

This psychological test can tell you the thinking styles that cause you to act and feel the way you do. By learning what types of cognitive styles you have, you can determine what types of irrational thinking you are likely to engage in. Certain irrational thinking will create additional life problems or make it difficult to solve the problems you are confronted with.

COGNITIVE DIARYThis app is meant to be used with the Cognitive Diary app in which you record events that occur and determine if you engaged in any irrational thinking. If you did, it helps you to develop some statements to challenge the thinking.

Once you have developed the cognitive challenges you can review them daily to help you remember to challenge the irrational thinking.

By challenging your irrational thinking you can address problems more effectively. Change your mood and behavior by changing your thinking.

I read a few of the articles and am impressed by their completeness, clarity and detail, yet easily understood, quick to read and right to the point. I appreciate the emphasis on the importance and necessity of practice, also the explanation of the willingness to explore, discover and challenge thoughts, find a better way and then document. The how, what, why, where and when were covered, (the "who" being me 🤗). Not a quick fix, but a hope that work and changed thinking will yield a better life

It is obvious that after 20 plus years of using CBT, the psychologist has treated so many different patients and so much time has passed that she has had time to reshape this psychological solution to suit their and her own needs. The fact that her current teaching of CBT matches nearly word for word what I learned in a recent course at UCSF under Dr. Satterburg, with all the most up-to-date research, serves as evidence the model is legit. It passes the test for reliability across time.

I have never thanked developers of any app until NOW! What a positive life changing experience this is! For every question I ever had about ME, this app allowed ME to get the answers, will assist me to get better and will also give me tools to use for the rest of my life FOR FREEEEEE!! I am sick of downloading all these "self help apps" that appear to be life changing BUTTTTT ........ "THAT WILL BE $90.00/A YEAR!!" and I uninstall them! Not this one!

So many of my results were right on the line between average and one of the extremes resulting in a description of the particular category being average. This is a faulty representation, not accurate and thus a waste of time.

Make space on your phone. The apps which go with it or incredible. Its not a pretty design but if a seasoned psychologist freely gives this-take it. I don't know of an app committed to changing my life. Until these. Thank you sir.

Well put-together app for self-help through Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or CBT. Very impressed with the amount of information made freely available, but not into the AchieveMints rewards, reading advertisements, which thankfully is not obligatory. Not a substitute for a good therapist by any stretch of the imagination but well thought out information that presents the techniques of CBT clearly and helpfully: if you want to change the way you think, this will help.

In my case, it produced a surprisingly recognizable; i.e., accurate, assessment of my social thinking, thru 115 varied, if semi-reiterated, multiple-choice questions, & generated 13 clear explanations, as well as suggestions for self-help--with little moralizing, tho with clear aspirations. I'd give it four & a half stars if I could, but the 5th does idicàte its excess of my expectations.

I'm willing to try the app, because I need CBT help and want to improve. I must say however these apps by this creator are not enticing in the layout and color schemes which is less than engaging. I want to like the app that's going to help with my number one issues. Colors and fun usability is essential. Please consider revising!

The testing is informative even though it seems dated in display. Also, the "Achievemint" link is offered; however, not operational. The app still has an entire section devoted to this option and even a "sign-up" that leads the user to believe they are participating. Do some updating/housekeeping and I will revise my review.

95% accurate which I found mad. Definitely would recommend to those who are into self-development. This is one of those apps that will describe your personality style and how to change and improve yourself for a better life for you and those around you. I love this app and have downloaded all the other apps from the same people. Cannot believe this is free as A LOT of hard work was clearly put into this, thank you so much! Blessings!

This program is a nice one and I made sure to answer all the questions at once so that it was in my mind at the same time for all of the answers. I do think of where it lets you have family do the test to and with my wife having the same problems, I just feel my wife would get upset if I asked her.

Great app. Has many useful features and links. Highly recommend. Also the Dev is very prompt in answering any questions one might have. I have downloaded six of their apps and find all of them to be very helpful. I wish I would have known about these apps before purchasing so many books/audio books. I would have saved a ton of money. Thanks for such helpful apps! BTW the paid app to take away the adds is a nice option even though the adds are very small and only at the bottom, but why not help the cause.

Are taking the test and getting my results, I was surprised at how accurate it was. I like how it gives you articles to help you understand how to fix any negatives in your cognitive thinking. I do wish there was a question counter so that you know how close you are to finishing the test but it's not a big deal.
