Cohérence cardiaque

The practice of cardiac coherence regulates the heart rate, brings calm and serenity to your day.

It is advisable to practice seated, straight back and feet flat. Accompanying the breaths with a gesture makes exercise more effective. We can gladly evolve towards meditation.

This application, based on a sound loop, also allows freer practice (hands and eyes free) during daily activities.
We can then evolve towards a more mindful type of practice.

Possibility to choose between several different sound loops.
Possibility to select a sound file (mp3, ogg ...) provided you have an SD card.
