Unable to login to coin there is a loop after you enter Pin. I'm able to login from browser but login Is not working in app. Kite app is working fine. Fix coin app login issue immediately. It is causing a lot of inconvenience. I'm running latest Android 12 with all apps in updated condition.
Best app I have on my phone so far. UI is very neat and easy to understand. Although the SIP step up feature is present but is only possible for annual stepup of SIP, can we get monthly or quarterly stepup feature.
I can't login to Coin App. Coin app interface is asking to enter login credentials again and again. Even after entering proper credentials, I could not login to the android app. I could able to login through Browser successfully. But using Android Coin app, I couldn't. I don't what happened recently but app started crashing and automatically logged out. Once I try to login . It open in browser display. When I have Uninstalled and installed . Then It's just shows white screen after launching
Hi Team Zerodha I love the simple and clean UI of your application! Although addition of one more feature would be really helpful! Can the feature of viewing the net movement of our investment portfolio daily be added so it will be easier for us to compare the returns with indices and see our mutual funds are able to beat benchmark returns on a day to day basis! Appreciate your response here!
The ios style left egde back gesture has been giving me a lot of trouble with android gesture as they both overlap when you swipe from left edge of the screen to go back. You end up going back twice in a single swipe which forces you to navigate back to portfolio again. Missing dark mode support is becoming kinda sore spot now, its 2022. Would love to see a portfolio overlap tool & instant redemption in liquid funds somehow if there'd be a separate debt account integrated in same zrdh acnt.
Bug: when trying to de/enroll login with fingerprint and immediately locking the phone screen, it forgets the login credentials and have to signin again. I also see the green snackbar saying "authentication in progress" (I'm a developer too)
I'm not able to login to the app. Everytime I enter my credentials, it goes back to login page and asks for the credentials again. Whereas in the web platform it works properly
Coin all is good. All services are also very convenient and easy to use. I have a very important suggestion for coin. Please provide swp option also. Because we have to switch to another mutual fund app like groww ,axis mutual fund etc. They are providing Swp stp option. It will be good for your business also. And attract more users.
This app lacks many features like STP and SWP. I wish could just switch out my units of one mutual fund directly into another fund with the click of button systematically. For eg: Liquid fund to multicap fund sip every month. Please please add these features fast. The worst part is I wouldn't even have known about those features if I hadn't seen them on icicidirect's website. It is so much more customizable.
One of the worst app for mutual fund transactions. Even for the redemption of MF, they deduct money while this isn't the case with other MF apps. Totally disappointing. Besides the NAV on the redemption date was not consistent with the actual NAV of the Mutual Fund on the same date through other apps.
Unable to login or even load the app after the update that i did yesterday. Please do something. The application does not load at all. It's just a plain white screen when i try to open the app
Coin app is not working from many weeks. Reinstalation done already but not worked. After entry of password and 6 digit number again password entry option comes. Please do something as i saw many customers had informed you about this. Updating the review as when i called customer care, they resolved the issue.
The login to the app stopped working for a long time. It is disappointed to see that even after received so many comments, this issue is not fixed. I reinstalled the app, but login did not work. I tried to raise a ticket but the webpage is very much confusing & redirected to me again and again to same webpage. I believe the loggin stopped working after enabling TOTP, however I am not fully sure
Nice UI. I would suggest to add one SIP trigger feature recurring where we can put condition like if nifty index less than or greater than particular value.
Need to fix few things asap 1. Dark Mode required 2. Easy Access for portfolio view (portfolio over view is very bad experience) 3. Timely update the NAV 4. Stepup facilitiy available in % need an option for amount as well.
The app has very good UI and easy to use, but the issue is I could not fing any of the US Direct Growth mutual funds listed on it. There is room for improvement Zerodha!
THE APP UI IS GOOD BUT need improvement 1. add sort( like minimum investment,return etc..) in explore tab not talking about filter.
The experience was good but can you guys add feature where one can compare more than two fund schemes simultaneously.
Clean, neat user experience. I have tried multiple UIs of mutual fund houses directly but none have the ease as of this app. Very good work.
I love the way coin works. But I wish it had options like switch, SWP and tax harvesting. Also vital information like equity-debit-other split analysis for individual fund and whole-portfolio must be provided.
Too many bugs in the process, app asks for multiple cdsl authentication to redeem but nothing happens, process repeat but no redemption. Pathetic.
I am unable to login Coin mobile app, after entering the credentials and PIN its going back to the same login screen. Not sure any recent updates or patches applied causing this problem
Unable to login even after giving correct ID pass and pin, tried multiple attempts. It is working on website but not on App. Please check and resolve the issue
I really like the app. I would like to ask from team when the SWP option will be added. If this feature will be not added then I will stop investing with coin.
From many days I am not able to log in the app in my mobile. Not sure what is the problem. I uninstalled it and re installed it, but no use. Please look into it.
Overall a clean UI. App is missing a 'compare' feature where you can compare and contrast 2 or more mutual funds. It would be really helpful to choose a mutual fund. The line plot that shows the NAV of the mutual fund could use a scale.
