Excellent App! I did my first sell btc transaction on the app for $500. Transacted on the app and picked up my payment at a coin cloud ATM about a mile from my house. From app sell to pickup, the entire process was done in 1 hour! Very fast transaction..... LOVE IT!!!
For everyone saying their funds don't show up. Go to your settings, then click key 1, click your account you sent it to, then click the blue button that says scan for funds. Mine didn't show up for 24 hours and after I did this boom it was there. I thought I had been scammed but I guess you just have to do that to get the account to know it has btc in there
Horrible app, after an hour or more still unable to purchase bit coin
This is the most horrible experience I've ever had. I have lost $4600. Cause the network keeps kicking me out. I did not get to finish the set up process. I never entered a password or got a 12 word phrase. How can I transfer the money
They are so expensive to deal with ,find another wallet, i had 146.14 in the wallet,i had to find a business that had their machine ,mess with it and call the help number to get the thing to work,then out of the 146. I could only get 120 and they took the rest. Get a DIFFERENT WALLET!!!
Don't use the machine. Charged me %25 transaction fee. Good way to invest $200 and lose $50 immediately. Fastest I ever lost $50.

This is the worst..Can't purchase any thing but 50$ at a time..Then after you do verification..you can't buy anymore then 150$.Then tried to buy more.Then called to see what the problem was.Then they TOLD ME. IT WASN'T THEIR BTC MACHINE.And to make it worse..they act like someone is scamming me for money.THIS APP IS A JOKE.. I'm finding something else..

soo inconvenient. tried selling at machine 3 times still cant get it out. i out on 100 its up to 150 and i can't touch it lol this apps a joke!

I was skeptical, did my first transacation for $20. After it was sucsessful with no issues, I took out $320.00. Took about 20 mins to process from my wallet to atm then I recieved my cash from coin cloud atm.
I wasn't able to complete my transaction on this app . Went to the ATM and it was out of order..
Very easy to use and unlike most crypto companies Coincloud has an amazing customer service and they are so helpful.

Virtually each time I do a transaction with them, I have to call to verify and get updates, or else I'd never get the funds or messages and they would keep my crypto. I like simplicity and when I have to call repeatedly to a human to get updates and when their are constant glitches in their tech department, I'll pass and not recommend. Their are easier, less time consuming options out there
