I haven't tried trading yet, but I've heard there're not many issues to trading. However there is a giant problem with the verification process. Their SMS code verification is absolutely terrible. You can try a million times and still not receive any SMS, so you can't even log into your account. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, what with terribly slow response. Please do better.

It would be a good exchange app if it was fully translated so I could read it. It has a lot of Alt Coins that other exchanges don't seem to have which is awesome. But again, I only speak English and the English version has the purchase coins and deposit money section in a language I can't read and the money amount not converted. Please translate that section and allow money conversion into dollars please. If you do, I will change my rating to 5*.

DO NOT USE Coinbene!! Several of their Coins are suspended and is under 2 YEARS WALLET MAINTENANCE. You can go to the withdrawal page and see it for yourself, there is a long list of token that you couldn't withdraw. I have funds close to $100k that has been stuck there since 2019. They claimed that it's under wallet maintenance... but for 2 DAMN YEARS?!. How incompetent must you be to be unable to perform a simple wallet upgrade that could take 2 DAMN YEARS!!

this exxhange is trash.Good luck withdrawing your funds. Once you jump thru all the hoops to get verified iy ask for a Google Autheticator code and when u put it in it says the code is invalid. Ive tried at least 20 times and get the same invalid message.i know the code expires and i know thay isnt the issue. Then when i emailed for support it took me 3 emails and 10 days for a reply and all it said was that Google code expires quickly maybe thats a problem. What a joke.Stay away from this scam

Yesterday, I sent Enjin coin to my exchange wallet by mistake and asked if it could be redirected to another wallet mine. I can confirn I have received it! Thank you so much for helping me recover it and thanks to the customer support agent that was patient with me! (He was attending me for over 3 hours trying to help!) I am new to crypto trading and something like this is pretty big for me so, again, thank you. :)

Overall the best crypto app I've encountered thus far. Very well made and maintained. Also relatively easy to navigate once u get the layout.

The app and exchange is completely useless, you can't login here they always say confirm the email, i have so many times confirmed the email but i can't login, so for what purpose has they opened the exchange??

Never use Coinbene. I repeat NEVER. I deposited TNC to Coinbene but it never gave them to my account. I totally lost it. So I recommend you not to use it ever. Plus I recommend google to remove this app from play store.

I put a market order with a 5*X leverage On DOT/USDT so the result was funny since my order executed first and when it entered to the profit zone then the order disabled... They stole my money in a day.... I transfered my money from their exchange to binance and recommend you all not to be cheated on the easy way of use of the interface.

This exchange is ripping people off and spreading lies... They were hacked and lost many coins... When you email them concerning your coins they say they are under wallet maintenance and that has been since March 2019.... definitely not use this exchange

This app is a scam because when i dowload a google authentication it automatically delete this app 2nd i cant transfer my money from coin bene wallet to other wallet google plss remove this application before there is more victim of this app

Do not use this app. I purchase PPay token here on my account in this app and after few weeks my account got deleted and i cannot log in anymore. When i try to forgot password using my number it says user is not signed up. Good part is i i just tapped 10 usd in here. Just dont use this app. Its not worth the risk.
