Version 2 is a huge step backward in managing assets. There is no option to fix incorrectly entered data. The user interface is no longer intuitive. The promise of "great things coming" is hollow. I'll go back to keeping a spreadsheet.
DO NOT DOWNLAOD THIS APP YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. THEIR EMAIL DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. What a terrible app. I spent an hour the other day adding all my new alts to the portfolio and now they are all gone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'll be searching for a better one. This app is a scam. Their email address doesn't even exist.
Since update, seems all the dollar values are incorrect. Update dec 29/18: uninstalled/reinstalled a few times day of update and price values were incorrect and didn't change with reinstallation, tried again today and they're all correct again. Really happy because its a pretty nifty app.
Just updated and the app set a PIN of it's own. Fortunately the PIN is 1111. You can reset it after you are in the app. Not sure how the devs missed this one... EDIT: If you turn off the PIN option, it turns itself back on with a 1111 PIN again. This is beyond dumb.
Nice but buggy There is a bug in the altfolio section. If you set a local currency (non USD) and add an asset transaction, the app take the input coin/price in USD, but if you leave the default coin/price the local currency is used. Is not possible to correct transactions in the altfolio, you can trash an entire altfolio with one wrong transaction.
The app was all right before, though crashed many times or doesnt update the prices, but is ok if I restarted the app.. Missing a lot of options, which u can find i other apps.
So far no issues. Up to date market info at the tap of a button on your smartphone.
How can I see my balance on each coin I own? I'm able to see my total balance just not individual balances. The response you sent to my email did not answer my question. I am only able to see my TOTAL balance when I go to my altfolio and would very much like to see the balance of each of my coins. Can you please be more specific? I understand that's how it was on the last version but this update is not giving me coin balance. Problem fixed. Thank you.
Great app but can you fix the splash page? It flashes a bright white screen a few times before the actual Splash page appears. Blinds the user if they want to check the crypto prices at night.
Really like the dark theme devs! Could you add the ability to quickly toggle between pricing in fiat & BTC from the main page please? I always find myself needing to scroll through the entire fiat menu when I want to view prices in fiat...
15 seconds on the average, but as compared to the time it was first released which pop up Immediately and network signal determine its connection.. pls if u can work on this...
This is a great app when it works. I have the Note 9 and this app has been down for most of the past few weeks. It was working for a few hours yesterday and now it's down again.
latest update wont open on note 9. sent email to address on Google play, came back undeliverable. can't even report the bug.
App currently not working?? "something went wrong" message appears after opening app. Error log shows "uncaught error" and "fatal error"??
Update just broke App. Pretty new logo but pretty useless as can't get past log in screen asking for PIN which I did not set!

Will change my rating "if" my problem solve. 2 quick question, number 1. How may altfolio can this app support? I've try to add more than 6 altfolio but there was error when I've try to add the 6th altfolio. My guess, the app currently support only 5 altfolio. Number 2, how do I add/edit time in the transaction? Currently we can only add date but not the time, and all my cryptos transaction time stuck at 8.46pm. thanks...
New update just broke the app saying I need a pin that I never set. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work.
The app doesn't open. It keeps saying connecting to server. So annoying.
After the update, the app ask me for a "pin" that I never set, the "forgot my password" option doesn't work.
Base currencies are not displayed in full. why shorten it. why can't you write it in full. Displaying 11k bla bla is just nonsense.
update is not working on : Pixel 3 XL, Oneplus 5T LG V20.... Reverting to old apk version. Shapeshift, you should host OFFICIAL apks so i dont need to download them from some sketchy 3rd party
What is this pin non sense all about. looks like they want to gather user pins data for apps. Uninstalling , rubbish
very useful and a clean app! adding a widget would probably be amazing.
I love this app. I use it everyday. I would give it 5 stars but one essential feature is missing. The ability to set price alarms for coins on watchlist. This would be so useful for me, instead of opening it all the time for when needing to buy or sell. I have has to download a different app for this feature but it does not have some features that I love coinspot for. If developers are reading this. Please make this happen. You would make many very happy!
