Coindirect - Buy & Sell Bitcoin Instantly

Terrible!!! Every time I have put through request they take over a week to process and then fail it. Sometimes I will log on the next day to see if it has gone through and once again it has failed. I have emailed multiple times and have not had a response to any of my emails.

I downloaded this app and after l clicked opened it just froze didn't go further, the website works better however l can't trust someone with my money when they fail to even assist you when you need them. I see a lot of negative reviews about having to send emails plenty of them jist so your money could be processed in this day and age of technology. l have uninstalled the app moving forward to other cryptocurrency apps

They just send this.. their new scam. They will take the 100EUR and tell you your account is not verified.. @google.. i have the proof in my email. If your first purchase is less than €100 you can add a credit card and buy straight away! Make sure you have some basic profile information filled in and you're good to go! excellent customer service, they really don't deserve all the bad feedback they have been getting, yes Ive had problems, but no difference to what you would get on any other exchange ,but when things are resolved really efficiently I'm not complaining. Many Thanks Steve Young and team for a great service keep up the great work.

[update] I tweeted them a number of times which came to nothing...post a bad review and you get a quick response. Good selection of coins for trading, but platform/app is unstable and I frequently can't trade. Poor customer support as well.

As it stands I have been waiting a week for somone to verify my account so I can actually move money. After several attempts to contact the support team without a response I can only think this is a scam. Or at the very least a shocking business who does not care about its customers. I will update if things change. Update! Account has been verified. Let's see if withdrawels are successful! Another update to come..

It's not opening, even after several tries. Just reverts back to login credentials. I'll revise when it starts working. As promised, rating updated. Seems to be working fine thank you

This app is a total failure. Using debit card to buy coin was a total scam. Do you know I bought dogecoin with this app and my local bank debited my account while the app says successful but I didn't receive any coin till date. I tried mailing them and all they could tell me after reviewing what happened was that my payment wasn't successful. I tried explaining to them that my bank debited the money from my card and they never replied me again. To me this app is scam to rob people.

If there's zero star I will give so many apps are needed to be taken off the play store and this app is one, this app is trash. I downloaded the app, register though very slow but still endured now to log in is a problem this app is nothing to write about. Uninstalling ASAP and I never recommend for any one if you're thinking of downloading please stay away from this app they seem like scam to me.

Only downloaded if you want to waste your time and money. They approve transactions that take more than a week to reflect on the other side. Very disappointing if you ask me. Support doesn't respond, been over 2 weeks since a ticket was made. Zero stars

Tried to buy 300ADA and the app has glitched, constantly throwing notifications. Funds have been withdrawn from my debit card but I'm still left waiting for the coins more than 24hours later. Support are a joke. I believe I've just been scammed. NO NOT trust this app.

Super slow. Everything takes a hour to load. I'm stuck on the verify process which askes for information in a weird fashion then it goes to an infinite loading screen

COMMON THIEVES They deduct the transaction from your credit card. Then lock all transactions from your wallet. The keep requesting documents, then deliberately keep declining 100% valid documents to keep your coins. No telephone numbers only half baked emails. YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. Thieves! I had purchased quite a few cryptos from Coindirect back in 2017 and when I came to check again, some of the wallets were empty! I saw that on my xrp they were charging me Dormancy Fees! What the hell is that? There is no topic of dormancy fees on the FAQs. And the fees are charged in the respective crypto currency - hence you can imagine the crazy amount of cryptos they have stolen. Note : no emails were even sent regarding the 'Dormancy Fee'. Such disappointment.

It is good but i would like more stats. It does not show how the market is moving. Alot of room for improvement. Impressed with the security tho

here is the thing ...if you are in south Africa don t download this app ..am speaking from experience...I deposited money a month ago it still doesn't reflect I sent them the proof of payment through their email...they replied like 10 times to everything but they don't really give you back the money neither solve the problem. Don't download!!

Have no problem trading, I have been reading the other reviews and I must give credit where it's due, I HAD NO PROBLEM WITHDRAWING FUNDS, WAS PAID BACK TO ME IN A FEW DAYS however the support team is useless, I have emailed them 3 times and not a single response The worst part of the exchange is there is no order book, when you can't be a maker on the market that's a huge problem

Terrible customer service. They don't respond to emails. Delisted coins without prior notice two days after I bought it. They could have stopped the transaction. Now I am going to lose money because they cannot be bothered to respond to my emails. Stay away, you are going to lose your money. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

The app open up really slow, and also you need to reduce you Minimum purchase price. But apart from that, it's lovely and easy to use.

It great that it hosts more crypto than Luno, however.... It takes forever for your deposit to reflect, (every time I've had to email amd send proof of payments). Then I had to wait a week for a withdrawal to reflect into my other wallet after having to send proof of where I got my money that I use to invest?? How stupid is that? I use Luno as well, and a withdrawal from them takes like 2 minutes. Learn from them.

With other exchanges deposits and withdrawals usually take days and the fees are really high. Coindirect walked me through the process, it was simple. I thought it was much easier here than on the other exchanges in South Africa. Loved the flow throughout.

Support is excellent with your queries, but the time taken to actually get money into your wallet is pathetic, it takes 4 to. 5 days and this after you have sent proof of payments, based on this I would not recommend this app to anyone. Heavan alone knows how long it might take when you want to get money out.

This coindirect is the most useless and hopeless app I have ever seen in my entire life and God will punish them. Their support is just scam. If you like your money better avoid using coindirect for any form of transaction. If you transfer to the app you can't transfer it out, if you buy from them your money and coin will never reflect. I regretted knowing this app and the money I lost with them. But Pls fellows don't fall for this app

This is very terrifying!!! Why should coindirect make a debit from my card payment without me making a purchase. This so bad . For the platform to debit from from card without initiating transaction. I will lagging a request to flutterwave for the issue.

What a frustrating process. After going through a process of having to prove multiple times that i am not a robot I eventually got to creating a profile. This as well ended in a notification stating that your account has been blocked....What? I am very unhappy for not even being able to try the App.

I deposited money into coindirect but my account was never credited. I would not recommend anyone put their hard earned money into this app. Another reason not to is you cant withdraw your crypto, you can only withdraw fiat. If you are one of the fortunate ones not to be scammed that is.
