New simpler UI isn't as good. It's missing essential information that I needed and used everyday in the last UI that this UI doesn't have. Please create an option for a more advanced UI. Simpler UI isn't always better, especially when it starts missing information. For example, top 100 cryptos ranked by % change, gain or loss. But instead the new UI shows top 10000 cryptos ranked by % change. I don't need to see the top 10000 cryptos from this category and I wish to customize or switch it back.

Just got used to old UI then it gets changed. Also on the charts, where you select the time scale (24hrs, 7 days, monthly etc) the "all" option doesn't work. Looked at several projects that have been around for years (BAT for example), shows the YTD option on the graph

Talk about imrpoving an app! This application is one of the greatest examples. I can only talk from the point of view of a user who uses it for checking prices and graphics, and anything in between. Very nice interface and the live news feed couldn't br any better. News get uploaded all the time, and the app functions great. No crashes thus far, and it does not look like it's going to do that anytime soon I remember some years back downloading the app and being not convinced, but I recommend it!

Great idea, poorly executed. The app regularly changes the fee and price per coin values for a given transaction after entering them meaning that your portfolio is incorrect. The same values will also display a different number when in the app compared to the website. It regularly shows a higher total spend for transactions than what the figures it displays ([coins purchased × price per coins] + fee) should come to. Basically, it likes to pick it's own numbers and then fail at simple maths

Portfolio just disappeared along with watch lists and price alerts. Can't access it on the website either. Months of data all gone guys. I can't express how disappointed I am right now but suffice to say this is the worst experience I have ever had with an app. Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It started working again all of a sudden. I have given it a better rating as a result.

Edit: this was fixed. Still a little bit buggy (have to go to a different tab and then back) but it is functional, and otherwise good. Portfolio doesn't work as of last android update. App is worthless without it. I will update stars if/when this gets fixed.

what happenend to the old-view? Now its just a list before it was better indicating top performers, scrolling horizontally and having latest news on the bottom of the home screen. Any chance getting that back?

Portfolios don't even show profit/loss. Who designed this probably never used his/her own app. Edit: While the portfolio still cannot be configured to show the profit/loss in the table, the support reached out quickly. At least, this shows they do care their customers. I updated the rating to 4 then.

It's okay, but it logs me out periodically. When resetting passwords the email takes a while to come and they expire quickly. Also they didn't regularly update Terra's market cap as the supply was growing exponentially. This made them appear to have a much smaller marketcap than they had. CMC's main competitor was updating the supply/market cap.

It would be better if "Security Verification" is removed while collecting diamonds everyday in the app. It is wasting our time to complete that step everyday . As we had already been logged into the app with our credentials, i believe we don't need to do security verification again and again. Hope it would be fixed in the app soon.

Good app but sometimes when they have the reward system for the diamonds. and many will also claim. their server crashes and tell you that its not their fault and they have nothing to do about it. very disappointing and frustrating. Happened to me 3 times.

Awful experience. Can't even create and log into the app as everytime I try to it keeps saying email or password don't match and they do. So I did a reset password 5 times and each time it comes back saying link is invalid each time. What a mess this app is as cannot even create a new account. Rubbish.

Please please fix the widget. For the past year it regularly freezes. It either freezes when trying to refresh or its just blank when i go to look at it and wont refresh. I constantly have to replace the widget to fix it for a short-while. I am on a Pixel 3.

This is a brilliant app I love it. I really wish they looked into an error with the 24hr and 7 day button of your portfolio. It doesnt work with the graph. 30/60/90 days and all time button works. Please look into it!

Slow but sometimes useful app with a USELESS rewards program. It's easy enough to collect the Rewards Program Diamonds, but it's impossible to redeem those diamonds for rewards. Anytime you try to redeem items you are met with Network errors so dont waste your time. 1000's of complaints on twitter and their customer service wont help with this issue. I recommend using a different cryptocurrency app to get your information. Pretty much every other app is better than this one!

Devs really need to fix the app. Issue particularly when adding a widget to home screen. The graphs don't update anymore in the last week or two. Also the widget blanks out and doesn't show any data until you hit the refresh button. It disappears when you lock the phone. You have to hit refresh again next time opening the phone. App experience is pretty poor at the moment. App data has been completely removed. Phone has been restarted with the app deleted and reinstalled. Nothing fixes it.

Honestly this is the best and my personal favorite Crypto portfolio tracker! It has all the bells and whistles and manages to keep everything clean and good looking. I use this app daily, but one thing I have noticed lately is that there seems to be alot of bugs when looking at the portfolio tab specifically, the prices will randomly change from default and display your secondary currency choice often, but only as of lately so might have been the most recent update that did it.

App was working reasonably well up to recently. For the past two days it's gone crazy. Crypto prices make no sense, and my portfolio value drops to about 5% and jumps back up again in the space of seconds. Also, my portfolio trade history is all messed up. Trades are no longer showing in chronological order. Really disappointing. Shame, as it was very stable for months before that.

Worthless app. Idea nice. Looks & functionality too. But it just does the calculations wrong. I've set app to work in euros. When I enter order and set coinprice (eurosign clearly visible), the moment I press "update price" it just enters another price in euros (probably conversion from USD to EUR?). Same for fees. It just doesn't store the numbers you enter. On top of that, fees are calculated wrong. For buy order fee is obvious added to costs. But for a sell fee is added to return!

hey, in the latest update u changed theme and all and i loved it except for portfolio fragment , it should be black amoled also like the rest of the app , it's just bugging me like that it doesn't seem compatible , or at least add option to personalize it

this app was the best thing since sliced bread.. until it stopped working completely. 😭 i had the widget on my phone and really helped me keep on top of my watchlist.. would check it constantly and this helped me to make moves in the crypto space. it hasn't been working for awhile now and i'm definitely not staying updated on prices as easily. i tried reinstalling.. no dice. also have tried it on different phones (android) .. no luck there either. i really hope they get it working soon!!
