although it takes a bit of time to accumulate coins on the coinmine one, its actually a great machine. u don't have to worry if the site disappears, or make an investment in an un trusted company. i like that once u go through super easy setup, ur making money, and nobody but you, have access to it. Customer support is awesome , even with everything that's happening right now. i totally love the coinmine one!
They spent all of their product development time attempting to create a product that was essentially an xbox console meant to do a very straightforward and singular task with an accompanying controller app to operate the thing. They were so off the mark creating a product that offered potential customers anything of substance, use, or utility and instead singularly became obsessed with the Steve Jobs/Apple approach of making it simplistic yet elegant and aesthetically....well, worthless. Dumb
Great experience so far. Took a while to get my machine, but that's life. It wasn't working properly when I received it, customer service in the chat section was great. Replaced it quickly! 👍👍👍
Can you guys like actually start doing more? Its been forever since you promised the lighting wallet implementations along with more upgrades and the OS release. Where is your development and innovation even at? I haven't seen or heard anything new with your company since the release of these machines. Step up your game cause you are Falling behind
In the promotion material the company shows some point-of-sale functionality. While running a hotel this was the motivation for us to get a few of these mines, to act as a vitual cash register for us. This functionality never came and is now at least a full year overdue...
Solid company, smooth easy app. I decided I wasn't quite ready for a mining system due to my electric bill and even asked for a refund before my device was shipped to me. They didnt hesitate or ask any questions. Thanks!
Great customer service, took a little work to get my machine online but they were great about helping. Now I can mine while we wait for the moon.
I like the coinmine one it was ease to get it up and running. But try to change change the pass word. need to work on chat live .
Absolutely horrible and misleading! App is listed as using your device to mine, this is not true it requires you to spend hundreds on other equipment. App is phishing and Spam. BEWARE
Carly is unbelievably fast at helping fix problems. Would recommend this for anyone. Beginners and or professional miners

Unable to contact support, no response to email, no phone number to call, chat on website doesn't work.
Does not support autofill or password managers. That's a dealbreaker
So I got it to work but I have to buy a certain device before I can start using it will give a newer update soon....

I have 2 of them and when I reached the Minimum to cash out they wouldn't let me withdraw it.

Has a mining computer that I think I want. Need to know if it's worth it, then 5*
You need to pay 600 USD for a miner not a phone miner but it seems legit but upsetting

Works ok. Why are the pictures different than the app? ( Way more advanced looking?). More transparency into what's happening and regular updates in the wallet would be nice. The wallet gets random entries that don't correspond to regular mining efforts (looks like it's still in development). Overall I'm hopeful and giving the benefit of the doubt that some improvements will come along. The addition of interest bearing accounts is awesome, but the UI needs to tie together better.
