I will like you to enable ID and physical verification. In developing countries like ours, most bills are just papers and prove of residence is not an option.

I have tokens wich in this app their worth are around $3M but I can't convert into the app and there is no other exchange where thay are listed, because of that 1 star rating, if I can just convert it into the app it would be 5 stars

Please explain to me why all of my XRP was transferred out of my wallets and a small amount of ETH was withdrawn (totaling almost $1000.00). I did not authorize these transactions and DID NOT share my account info with anyone. I have only accessed my wallets through the app. I have been unable to log into the website and the support wizard keeps telling me I have to log into my account in order to submit a ticket! I have sent an email to the developer's email address and have not heard anything.

Tbh i can't exactly give proper rating yet, but you have something solid here. I wonder if you have scheduled payments option. The way it's setup is very robust and versitile for any country. Ill check it out more later. Wondering what other comments on lost coins about and how data is stored and if lost if data is in device. Fees? Has predefined wallet adress, users don't have keys. Something has gone wrong with this app! I have been trying to make payments for the past two days unsuccessfully! It simply rolls and rolls and then comes up with one error message or another. Kindly look into this. Otherwise, it's a great app to use! Cheers!

For some reason if you go into your chrome browser and delete you data storage and cache you will delete your wallet. I lost a lot of money and it ended up being the worst experience. I can't explain to you how frustrating this is. All my savings gone in a single click!

Please, provide a way for people to manually sign in without doing a QR scan. One could have a poor camera that makes it difficult to do a scan. I couldn't use the Mobile app because of this.

Terrible app! I got to their last step of verification after sending my driver's license and they denied my proof of residency so, many times. It's a scam, google should be ashamed for letting these people to operate and steal money. When they finally contacted me they said the BTC in my account wasn't enough to pay their transfer fees. Avoid these scammers.

They want a 30 dollar fee to transfer out 15 dollars. It makes no sence

This app is hell Money eater. I received $20 from somewhere and When am trying to transfer to other wallet charging almost double amount. Asking $38 to transfer $20. No crpto wallpet is charging double and it's not fee it's you people eating money for unknown users. Lost $20 verg bad app stay away from these people.

Cannot retrieve my account or coins!! I will change rating if ever any help but don't count on it. Its been over a year! I'm quite familiar with accounts and moving currencies I have several on exchanges and numerous wallets.. be careful with these people! I feel I have been scammed!!

Nice app but you guys must add current trading prices to all coins and token, because i can't exchange BTC to any order coin withiout knowing its current trading price, and add more currency pairs, how can i buy something without knowing how much its worth. I would come back and rate 5 stars when those issues are solved

Kindly relocate previous old accounts. I am from Pakistan and your exchange now providing services to Pakistan. It was my first app started using when entered into crypto market. Kindly i have my assets locked in it. It is showing option for Pakistan sign up. But not recovering my account. No support is working. Kindly help. To recover my account. I uninstalled this app because it shows that I am not qualified for identify verification because Nigeria is an embargoed country or located in an embargoed area.

Now I'm totally apologizing to coinpayment for huge booboo... Apparently the company who i requested a withdrawal of funds from and be deposited into Coinpayment; hadn't even been process and was still pending? In the end I had to request the withdrawal be canceled. Once again my apologies!

Since last year I get Started to use this app and is being okay . But I don't know what came on the management in relation to login options , please do take out the " QR SCAN CODE " it not helping at all it makes this app looks like a scam app .

This app is a scam. You can get money in easily but it doesn't come out there after. My BTC blocked inside for over six months. Stay away.

Well at what it's supposed to do, but the whole interface SHOULD be improved and updated.

What the hell is with the login? Can't log in with one device. Requires a QR code found online and there is no easy way to find the code and no tutorial to show you how to set it up. Too cumbersome and bloated.

Coinpayments are scammer my advice to traders is to stay clear of this wallet because their transfer charges is outrageous and unrealistic, their operation is not transparent and lastly they will do anything to seize your fund in their wallet. Google has to do something to blacklist this scam of an app.

Scam don't use it , they never refund your coin. I ordered hardware wallet and paid through coinpayment but now they said payment not received and order cancelled and coinpayment didn't refunding my money Fraud app be safe
