This up is so unconvinient. I already have a balance in the account yet I cannot cash out it. Also, the verification is so hard, i kept on repeating the same process. Its been hours and yet the app still want me to re-do all the steps. I thought it was okay because they say its done and I will just wait to level up my account but again, the app still want me to repeat again. Still not on level 2 despite on submitting every 2 ids! One from Philsys and one from polive clearance.

I have been a coins user for quite a while now. I love how average people like me gets 10% rebates for buying load. That's a big deal for me being a daily worker. But recently, they removed the rebates and brought it rewards instead. Something of no value to me. The only advantage this app has over other e wallet was the rebate. And they removed it. Will be unistalling once i finish me business with this app. update: just keeps getting worse. they added crypto exchange limits.🤬

It's understandable that the verification process is pretty tedious but please, have an option to switch it to email instead of just sending a code to the phone number!! Like seriously, I've had to wait for 3 days to change my number when I needed the money at that time. I had a deadline and I needed the money. Since I don't use my old number anymore and had to change it because it sends the code to that number and I had to wait 3 days, that's too long! why send a verification code text then?!!!

I rate 1 stars once you upload your ID it's not worth no picture in the box and thebutton hard to push some bug to fix. Very hussle. I want to upload all ID's for my Cryptocurrency like USDT Tether to bind my account on Binance OKX and other Crypto wallets. can you fix this bugs to smooth to operate. Don't to much strict your ID requirements because this app is very useful to us.

The system blind can not see nor view a good documents in Address verification. It was really waste of time/delayed. ALWAYS DENIED/INVALID. Are you bank? You are very strict in approving a address verification. Staff and system was useless

This is my first time to install this app. It's useless! I'm creating a new account, because this is my first time. But! I can't create. It says " Try again" even though my Password is 1 upper case then it's 9 character. Also my Mobile number is correct. But still can't create a new account!

I suggest you may add features in crypto like "stop loss" and "take profit" where we can set a limit to sell our currency automatically. Overall the app is very nice and friendly to use. Hopefully there's more features you may add in the future updates..

I saw reviews regarding to their verification process and the only thing occur to me was that my signature from my ID was blurred and they asked for photos of much clearer ones in a clean piece of paper. My account was already verified within a day. The customer service is also nice about the updates. Keep up the good work, Thanks.

The app becomes risky and might have a security or system breach. I recently made a transaction cash in to my coinsph wallet but it did not reflect. I am so sure that I enabled my 2FA and never disclose my account details to others. The agent said that they have not found any record of such transaction in their system. What happen? There must be some kind of dubious thing happening. They have changed since the buy out. This is so sad and alarming! ☹😡

I mainly use this app for sending money to MLhuiller, and I'm loving it for years now! Aside from skipping the line plus the effort of going outside, fees are cheaper than the physical branch. I just wish that you could work on linking BPI account for cashing in to avail a free transfer fee. Thank you, Coins.ph!

I've been trying to verify my account it says scan your ID until all the edges turns blue but I've fit in the card to all of the edges for so many minutes but nothing's scanning I guess the scanner was broken.

After removing the rebate system and replacing it with "Rewards" (which is totally useless for me since I don't use most of the merchants listed. Also, the hassle of sending crypto is way TOO DIFFICULT! Have to send OTP then the price will change again and you have to start over. This is ridiculous. Fingerprint login is should be an option instead when completing transaction. That should be secure enough. Bring back the rebate system!!!

The Coins.ph app is very useful indeed I been using it for long, I mainly use it for crypto transactions and now their improving it more with free ETH wallet.. Well I highly suggest: lower interest rates for crypto trades, a better and detailed crypto graph for improve trading experience both on phone and pc versions, and also Paypal account linking would be a great idea too to begin with if possible; Overall the app is great guys ! so pls always secure our accounts! 😁👌👌👌

I have tried level 2 verification numerous times, but always to no avail. All I get is "Upload failed" every single time. I know that my internet connection is not the problem, but what is? Is this app really working?

Don't install this app. Seriously. This had THE most tedious verification process I've ever had to deal with. 3 attempts that were a complete waste of time. Now I just want to deactivate the account and remove the email from their contact lists, and I'm still being made to go through hoops because the in-app messaging system is buggy.

when I try to create an account, it says it will send me a verification code both on email or in number, it won't send me any. now this is my second time rating this app/e wallet because it seems that they deleted it or something. I can't see my recent review. This app deserves a 0 start if only it's possible 😀

I prefer to use the old version than this updated one. I hate the rewards, I want the 10% rebate back! Also, I don't like the new interface especially the one involving Crypto. Can you please give us users an option to use the old version? The updates are so annoying! The old version is perfect!

This app has way too many problems to be worth using. I highly do not recommend it as it seems like they just want to hold (basically take) your money from you. They will ask you multiple times to verify your account (and it will fail on the first 3 tries), and after that, they will just limit your withdrawal to 0 pesos. Yes, ZERO pesos. Do NOT use this shady service.

After weeks of emails still unable to verify address to increase limits. I've submitted recent electric,water bill, quarantine pass, rental contract. Ok for sending a little money. Not good for trading crypto. Each trade counts towards your daily limit. If I made a 49,990php trades and made 10php profit. I would have reached the daily limit.

Overall I'm quite happy with this app. It's straight forward to use and has some basic capabilities for cryptocurrencies. I had a few issues during verification, but support was very responsive and helpful. Not many companies can claim that. The downsides are the lack of acceptance compared to other e-cash apps and some very stiff "convenience" fees. I think their negotiating team needs to do more and better.

edit: I like this actually. It's easy to use and I can actually buy crypto in here. The only thing is that the coin Cashback was removed. I used this for the purpose of buying loads and now that there are no longer Cashback, I don't think I can still use it.

What is wrong with your app? Why can't I open it. It just keeps on loading? Tried to reinstall then install again but it's just the same, keeps on loading. I can't access my account. Kindly tell me if there's an issue since I have money inside it that I need to use.

I try many attempt to cash out money through G cash or Palawan express but its repeatedly failed i need it so badly .. its very anoying that you already cash out at the end its failed and the help desk does not very helpful I can't send message. For cash in its very easy and for cash out its delay and annoying. Please improved this problem

Best e-wallet! I've been using this app for a year now because it is very convenient, transfers real time and free transfer charge to selected e-banks.

I'd rather use PayMaya or GCash than this. This is not even popular and yet it is so difficult to create an account. Maybe that's the reason why this app is unpopular: mahirap gamitin. Changing registered phone number takes 72 hours and you are not even allowed to have two accounts per user.
