Coinsbit - Cryptocurrency Exchange: BTC, ETH, USDT

Navigating through the app is quite slow. I have a pixel 2 and 3 and both have this issue. From home screen to deposit takes ages. Additionally, this is not a official app. Please make sure, you have mentioned that.

I reluctantly gave out a star to this app, it's an inefficient platform. In November 2021 I transferred 500Trx from my trade account to main account and it disappeared on their platform. Yes, you heard me, an asset transferred internally disappeared on the app, It was never a withdrawal but Just a transfer. I have tried every explanation with their support nothing came out of it. Please stay away from this exchange, their system glitch could cost you a fortune and they don't take responsibility

Complex but excellent. The 2 factor authentication can be a bit to wrap ones head around, but extremely good for prevention. If I could suggest making it very clear in the app what needs to be done from a PC or laptop, as the app does not give the same steps needed to complete all processes.

Am giving you 4 star because of the love i felt with the app background. This is a great app, but it still have a long way to go for improvement. The system UI needs more serious update in other for the app to be fast like other exchangers because it is very too slow while working with. You need to do something about it, its very important. I had no issue while verifying my account, and it was verified in some few minutes. And it has more tokens. Don't relent on the good work you have started.

Useless app & it's authentication process. Uploaded verification documents 2 weeks ago, they rejected it but no cause displayed. Multiple times trying to upload documents & profile pics, not uploading and showing no confirmation msg or email of document re-verification pending. 3 times made tickets for support, they are showing just resolved. May be!!!!, phishing site, collecting personal information & documents. Google should take action.

Great app. The portfolio screen still has a glitch: when you select hour/day/week etc. the screen auto jumps to the top. Sometimes the selection doesn't change. I appreciate all the security features eventhough it can be a headache navigating them when changes are needed.

Excellent app, I have used it now for over a year and i have had no issues at all and find it very easy to use and a very simple layout. Very quick transactions. It did take me I while to get my account set up because of the level of security, which I took as I good thing as it gives you confidence that your money and cryptocurrancys are kept very safe

Finally the app I've been waiting for! Now no need to use third party software with API. Slick and clean interface. Ability to margin trade. Love the portfolio view also! Making more BTC while on the go rocks! My favourite exchange just keeps getting better

Very simple to use. And many functions such as buying / selling crypto and switching to different currency for overseas purchases. The fact that they have a physical card for you to make everyday purchases and give rebates. As well as FREE Netflix and Spotify is just awesome!

It's impossible to verify yourself so you can't withdraw money. Scam. There's a technical issue. When I hit submit on the page, it says submitting info, then it doesn't move on to the next page. It also forces me to put in an apartment even though I don't live in an apartment.

Don't put your money here, especially if you live in the U.S. It won't let you withdraw/transfer otherwise also, verification will fail because if you live in the states. They don't make that apparent when you sign up and oddly enough, they allow you deposits. Other exchanges warn you before you sign up if it's supported in your area. Sent a claim in, did what they said but never any response.

Actually this application is not getting even one star, this application is worst, i try to sold my crypto from different different exchange on coinsbit, and i wait for exchange more then a week, after i wrote email to support center but they don't respond, even i send some screen of my transection but they don't respond, and that's how i stuck in this application. Bad application for any crypto exchange.

This site is totally garbage. I signed up and put 100 USDT, but the identity verification was failed, now I'm signing in to follow up the verification but now it said these credentials do not match to our records!!! Now I'm not able to sign in, so my account is finished and my money is in there pocket!!! don't use this web or application, it's a scam!!!

They actually made solid improvements, and they respond to user issues. Faster, smoother load time and chart updates. Back in the groove! Time to make some money

My experience here is the worst ever. The platform is too slow, i have not been able to place any successful trade, it kept showing 'transaction blocked' error message even after verifying my KYC. Customers support is also extreemly poor. I hope you work on your app and even your web page to allow people use it without problem. Once the fees come down coinbase could potentially be the best. The fees for coinbase are just ridiculously too high. Brilliant app, secure and reliable even through heavy trading.(eg the halfing) . Used it for 6 mnhts, so well integrated with coinsbit and all the apps key security stuff. Although my OnePlus 8pro seems to have an issue when changing ccy-pair from the whatslist it keeps showing 24h high/low from the first ccy-pair shown since app-start. 5+ stars would be given, if the market-trade-history could be expanded to trades within the last hour or even the last 24 hours - uhhh that would be nice......

The app is almost useless. Very confusing design. Don't know where to find the list of cryptocurruncies and other features. Need improvements.

Be careful when buying Crypto Currency on Coinsbit Seems I experienced a glitch on their software. I bought specifically MAYP on the 27/4/21, when the market price was 2.387857 BTC. The problem with the website, is it does not show you how much you will received before you press confirm. So I unfortunately trusted the system, and when I clicked purchase, I then received half the amount i expected. I found on my receipt that they paid out at market value 5.0 BTC. The big issues is, their customer support is comparable to a brick wall. Since this transaction, I have been in contact with their customer support via email, we have had about 25 emails back and forth, and so far every response I get is: "Dear user, good day. Sorry for the delay. Your issue will be considered and fixed. It may take some time, but don't worry! there will be a resolution." It's been over a month and they haven't once mentioned anything this consequential glitch, and I don't think they will. Don't lose your money like me. And to coinsbit, please don't respond to this message saying 'please contact us' like you did last time, as I did what you said, and that has gone nowhere. My ticket number is #86624, that's where you can help me

It's so chip app . It's Taking so much longer time for every transaction.. u r not put faith on this app. Don't use.. no use of app support .. no one can help u by raising issue.. so so plz plz don't use this app.

In my experience they have a terrible service, my account has 10 days blocked, until now (April 10th, 2022) that I'm writing the review and nobody tell what it is the problem or why they suddenly blocked my account neither when they are going to solve my problem.

This app keeps lagging and freezing ony phone. The identity verification is stuck in processing. How am I supposed to used this. Is there a p2p where I can buy usdt and other cryptos?
