Currently Kinda Works? Unfortunately I am unable to send the review to my boss's email. I have a Samsung S10E , my boss has an S10, and hers works fine. I don't know what's going on, I am working with the engineering team trying to figure out why it won't let me do what I need it to do. Until it's fixed, this review will remain at a 2 star. Unfortunately my experience on my older phone was not as good either.
Horrible, glitchy app. Paper and pen better. This app looses inspections and check lists frequently. Locks user out requiring password resets due to app fault. Just all around horrible and hasn't gotten any better in the 5+ yrs we have been using
i constantly have issues with this app saying building not found. i have reached out to the support team for help numerous times. the issue will be fix for a week or so then right back to the same thing. its just ridiculous at this point. if i didnt have to use it work work i would never use it. then again i cant use it most of the time anyway.
Recent update messed up everything. Takes almost 5 min just to open the app now. This is really inconsistent for a fast paced restuarant setting. I'd uninstall if it wasn't required by my job. All Customer Service says, like they do everytime, is to clear cache. It's useless. I'll update when fixed.
"Decent app. Got the job done aside from a few bugs but technology...yaknow. Then the app broke after this most recent update 12/10. Wont allow me to submit nor will it synchronize. Have to try again so I can do my job." Edit: Responsive to the needs of their customers. App works like a charm now. In this day and age of pretentious people trashing brands because they feel personally attacked by someone who may just be having a bad day, I can say the staff at Coinspect know what they are doing.
I have had a great expeirence using this app. It truly has cut my time in ensuring food safety and quality is at the top of our teams focal points throughout the day. Easy to use and has a lot of great tools to hold others accountable.
Recent update made a weak app border line unusable. As other reviews state,if my job didn't require me to use it I wouldn't. I have already notified higher ups in an attempt to make a change. During a food safety audit, I couldn't even get it open! Flat out awful.
Super glitchy. Constantly freezing between screen changes. For something that my company uses it is very frustrating to use.
Doesn't save anything. Constantly having to redo inspections because nothing saves.

Installed for work. Can't even get passed the login page. It just crashes. I am Uninstalling. No sense in having an app that won't load.
We use it to take photos of the kitchen straight from our tablet. Makes it much easier than sending in reports and trying to attach the right photo for the right day. Lol.
The truth is, unlike any other apps out there, Coinsoect is very straight forward and easy to use.
The CoInspect app is an exciting and innovative tool that motivates my staff when conducting quality and safety inspections.
Saved me so much time and effort. I totally recommend this especially to restaurant owners.
Only reason I use this is because I don't have a choice. App constantly crashes and doesn't always sync which forces me to have to redo my work sometimes more than once
The sync button at the top made it easier and I can now multitask. Its good that I can also cancel an inspection if I created them by mistake. Good job!

Makes no sense that the web page is easier to use and more stable than this app. Frequently crashes.

Horrible performance, freezes almost every day. I have reinstalled 4x in 1 week, really needs work. If it wasn't mandatory for my job I wouldn't keep it Update: myself and 2 co-mgrs continue to have numerous problems, inspections not showing up, now when I try to open it automatically shuts down. Still super glitchy I my boss upset with us because it looks on paper like we aren't doing key part of our job to ensure food safety
