Bad UX design. A lot of text overlap and cannot be read. Filtering does not work properly and browsing through 50+ categories is very confusing. Also the product image is very blurry and there are very little information provided about the product, so I have to google every time (I'm not Singaporean so I'm not familiar with some brands here — reading product description is important to me to choose which to buy, esp with online shopping).
Frustrating Tried numerous times to log in but nothing happens. I unistalled n install n still nothing, same problem. I can't even search or browse the website , just a s blank screen. How are people suppose to buy anything!! Seems like the website cannot handle the heavy usage (if that was the case) not a very good website/app considering its Cold Storage!!
Pros: checking out was a breeze after the first transaction. Their CS team is awesome, keeping constant update on stock status and delivery status. Cons: no additional details or description on the products, can't zoom in to see ingredients etc. Update on 11 Oct: What used to be a great CS team turns out to be an irresponsible group of people who failed to fulfill a promised delivery, even when your order was left out due to a system breach (as explained by their staff).
The interface is very disgusting and laggy. No reply to my email on a product promotion enquiry. The next day, the promotion was taken down from the website and I am very dissapointed to have missed the opportunity to buy the promotional goods. I have the same consensus with other users: don't put out an app before you are ready cold storage. You look like a joke.
can't open... I launch it and it crashes immediately...
What a useless app. It is slow to search and asks for your delivery address again when checking out. It then does not accept the address details one fills in and asks for your delivery address again. Why can't it pick the delivery address that is already filled in one's account details? Both the Cold Storage IT Department and the App Developer should be held to account for this well known problem, which they are not fixing.
Can't add anything to the cart. Isn't that the point of online shopping? Lol.
Use twice to purchase groceries. First time Cold Storage send me grapes covered with mould. 2nd time there is a missing item which they claimed with email me for a refund. Few days have passed and I still have not heard from them. Cold Storage need to update their inventory in the apps and check for conditions before delivery.
This app is taking alot of time to repeat the billing and shipping process. Its not processing the online orders when checking out. Its not a user friendly app and a waste of time ordering online. Should upgrade the app during this stay home period.

I selected everything that I needed. But when I got to the payment page, I was unable to select a delivery slot. This has happened a few times, even after uninstalling the app. Disappointing.

interface still as bad as years back. keep flashing the same product no matter how many times you press return. very lag.
No delivery slots, unable to order anything. App is very slow. Can't input delivery address. Bloody waste of time.
offer is not the same as store. example, if purchase $128 worth of P&G product, there is a free steamboat. But there is nothing online for purchasing $128 worth of p&G product
Unable to checkout . The IT team disapppeared ? All retrenched or runaway. The apps completed order but cannot checkup to choose delivery slot. User should stop using this apps.
It's buggy,most of the time. Always have to try few times, when I purchase using my cards.
Once again order was canceled on the day of the delivery! Last time ordering for me... Going to the competition
It is currently unable to detect my billing/shipping address, no matter whether I input 1 on my profile or via the checkout.

Excellent app! Ignore the negative reviews. It does what it is supposed to do and the interface is quite intuitive. 5 stars!
3 times I tried to reset and it doesn't work despite app saying it has been updated.
It always takes 3 to 4 tries to get the payment to work. I have to reload my cart each time
Order isnt complete when it arrived. No notification received about incomplete order.

Apps improved and no issue in buying the product. Might be better (why do you have gallery view for a search as a default who does that in 2021? Needs to switch mode to see the name of the good...) Most items out of stock. If we buy from an app its mostly to be sure that the stock will be available. No replacement provided. Delivery absolutely not relevant. Ask for a 7pm delivery. Got delivered at 4pm, thanks god I was at home. What happen to your frozen item if you are not? Would not buy again
