Many of the 'contact us' features of the app simply don't work. The error message 'your browser doesn't support JavaScript' (displayed in app) while a screen elent circles display. Calling isn't an option without an extended IVR menu followed by a 15+ min wait. And the reason I found this out is when trying to find missing transactions in the app, for which I have previous email confirmation from Coles FS.

You can't see transactions for multiple cards, and since one of the recent updates, you can't even change the card you want to check transactions for. There's no way (other than checking your statement) to find the amount due to maintain interest free purchases. This app is so terrible, if I didn't love flybuys points so much, I'd ditch the cards.

The most frustrating app !! If you forget your details it is THE WORST and most annoying experience to try and reregister your details . I've just spent 30mins of my life trying to sort it out with different support personnel and it still isn't working. Will change credit cards because in this day and age this stuff around shouldn't be happening. Not the 1st or even3rd times it had happened. Get your technical issues sorted guys!!!

I have been using this App to manage my Coles credit card and making the payment based on the amount of payment due in it. But I was told I should pay the closing balance in the bank statement rather than the payment due. That is why I have been being charged with interest since I started using the card from 2016. What is more, I get no alerts about this. For average people like me, payment due in this App is supplosed to mean how much I should pay for free interest. And there is no closing balance option in this App. It is very tricky and misleading. When I asked them to cancel all my interest charges, the customer service was very rude and saild it was my fault to rely heavily on this App. They will not do the refund. I am very disappoted and will not use Coles credit card any more.

New update has fixed the problem, the App is back to it's usable self. Unusable - Crashes when opened on pixel 6, they say to disable developer options but how do you do this if the app won't open? The update says developer options have been fixed but it still won't open and where are these , "developer options". Have found out that developer option won't show in settings unless they are enabled ... They don't show in my settings. The app works fine on my old phone

Installed on my Android 9 phone that I use many financial and shopping tools on and more, with no issue, but this app just flashes on the screen then disappears. Installed latest version as at 7 Dec 2021. Hoping to check my Coles Credit Card balance. But no can do. Back to the web site.

After months of this app not working (crashes on startup) on my Pixel 4 (Android 12) it was finally fixed. I have recently purchased a Pixel 6 and it no longer works. The poor quality of this app has me seriously considering an alternative financial provider. EDIT: Updated my rating thanks to a recent fix.

Can log-in on mobile web, but continually get an error when I try to login in the app - stating "we're currently experiencing difficulty, try again later", followed by a failed login attempt notification on the website. The username and password used are identical

Latest update - still not opening (shuts down immediately). Pixel 6 with Android 12. No developer options switched on. **ETA** Updated to 3 stars - latest update resolved issue, but was way too slow to be fixed.

Horribly slow app, takes 3 days to update balances etc. Direct debit doesn't recognise any early repayments made which really is poor service. Overall clunky app, often playing up saying pin wrong, or simply something went wrong.

The app was working all good but since few months. It doesnt display the closing amount and prompts a message on screen saying, "unable to connect to server, we are experiencing some difficulty with our servers. Please try again later." I tried reinstalling the app but it isnt fixed yet!! Infact when i login it just keep on loading and loading and i dont get any screen opting for OTP

Stopped working since recent update. Still not work even using new Android 12. Tried other handset even Pixel 6, still forced closing. Disabled developer option on settings still the same [UPDATE 10 Dec 2021] Bug was fixed. Working well now.

I can no longer access my app, I have to keep resetting the password to try and get on but still won't accept it. Rang a few times to try and solve but still not working. Not good enough for a financial service provider.

Crashes a soon as I oprn it. Can no longer use. ----------- It's a big job checking my statement each month to see if there are any incorrect transactions. It would be fantastic if I could review transactions regularly on the app by tapping each one so a mark appears next to it. Even better if this then shows on the monthly statements. Thanks for your consideration.

Horrible app. Not sure who tested it but it keeps saying "Cannot connect to server". It is far easier and efficient to start my laptop and log in on the webpage. It is 2019 and Coles are not able to make an app for their MasterCard that is smooth and works without fail everytime. Don't waste your time on this app!

Good app. Would give it 5 stars if the transactions list would show amounts that have been deposited into the account. This was there previously, however doesn't seem to be present anymore. It would also be great if additional card holders could also have access to this app if authorised, so that they also manage the cards/accounts from their mobile device.

I've changes my previous 5 rating, down to 4 stars - because Google Pay won't recognise the MasterCard Citibank MasterCard - so i can't use 'tap and pay' when I'm shopping - very disappointing!! Otherwise, it was very reliable!

Has a bug where when you go to view statements it asks you to enter your pin again but it seldomly works. Locked me out of my account because of this bug.

Extremely poorly written app and service. They constantly have "problems with servers" pop-ups upon opening every time in the last 6 months. There is no option to download the latest "recent" statement. Just a last months. And you cant take a screen shot of your transactions which is absurd. So being able to send anyone proof of your purchase of a transaction you made with your Coles mastercard from anywhere up to the last 4 weeks is actually impossible. And Waiting for Google Pay since 2 years

Definitely a problem in the latest update, crashing instantly... Edit *26/10 Nice to have a company reply in such a quick fashion like this. Their suggestion definitely helped me with my crashing on start issue. However, it is a little annoying personally that I now have to enable and disable developer options continuously as I use those on a regular basis. I understand the need for security, but I haven't experienced another banking app need this. Overall the app is quite useful and fulfills most required tasks well.

Unusable on Pixel6 as of 31/1/22. Update has changed nothing. "sorry something went wrong" message and app crashes. Can't even log in.

Latest update has fixed the issue with Android 12 on Pixel 6 devices. Communication about this issue has been less than ideal.
