The app barely works. The data is not rendered in the screen correctly. There is a discrepancy between the listed properties and their availability. To top it all off, they have terrible customer service and, like many others have stated, they would go to any length to extort money from customers.
Worst property renting service ever. Not hygenic at all but they change a good amount of money every month to maintain hygiene. No service, no water, no cleaning and no responsibility at all. They are there just to scam you and get whatever money they can. They don't believe in fair settlement. I'm still struggling with my settlement. It's been like a month since I have raised ticket but no response yet. I believe I might need to file a case now. Such a scam. Update: No update on ticket.
Worst customer service, if a tenant delay 2days in giving vacate notice they charge one month extra rent but when it comes to refund the costumer deposit they didn,t even reply to your query. I have vacated colive on 17th April but till now i have not received my deposit return. They always brag about there policy but when it comes to return the money they don't have any policies.
The app doesn't work most of the time. Well suited to ensure that no human operator gets aware of the problem you're facing. The most crucial things like raising complaints are very tough to do. You will prefer ignoring the problem than raising a ticket.
Bad app. Very slow and difficult to use. Bad user interface. KYC details section broken, keeps asking to update KYC when i have already updated. Many other features extremely slow.
I am not even able to open the app now. It's asking for an update when I open the app and no update available on playstore.
Shittiest service and living experience of my life. There is never any water in the washroom. When you raise a service request, nobody ever replies or comes fix the issue, all they do keep marking the ticket as done as if the issue is supposed to fix itself. And to it all off, the app is also very unresponsive.
Worst experience ever. They generate exorbitant electricity bills and invoices. You cannot contact with anyone after you move in. Have raised multiple service requests, but no response from their side. Have to move out, tried raising multiple notice requests, but they ask you to clear dues first. However, the dues are all incorrect and the bills are unrealistically high. But, when you try to reach them regarding this, they would not give a response.
Horrible experience, poor maintenance, bad management. They will gobble up the security deposit. They ask to pay booking amount but in case any problems arise, they won't even return that and they will simply stop picking up the calls or anything.
Totally pathetic, they took the 1500 advance booking, didn't show up when I reached the destination,, I had to book hotel for that day, struggled for another 3 days, they didn't show the room. It is a scam, colive is not a legit place to put your money on. Once you put in your money, it is waste.
Absolute scam. Their support team traps you to book and changing the actual agreed upon property, asking to opt out if not interested, but no refund. Their app is of no use as it crashes every time. Never to try again or refer.
It have a lot of bug and crashing often. The agreement part took a lot of time and event after paying the rent the eviction notice is popping in notification, did not got the wifi credentials yet, during KYC it took a long time to complete and was little hectic. Other wise the service and the property is great
If it possible i would have given 0 star to them. Now they give legal notice for clearance. Very very bad services provided. While taking money they will talk nicely but while returning money you will not be able to find someone to talk also. They send incorrect invoice. Property Manager also telling they charged wrong but they won't update that. Don't think to stay there, if you will stay be sure that you will not get a single penny from colive. I have stayed at colive and the experience and amenities were good. Their sales associate Reshma has helped me through the process. The backend does delays the process of refunding the security deposit but they finally gave the amount after 4 months. I would recommend them for the place they provide. And looking forward to coming back as well..
The most pathetic service that any organisation could ever provide. Worst back end team and worst customer support. Only of there was an option where o could remove the one star as well. Complete waste of money. I had requested for room change and access to smart lock but, instead I was checked out of my room without any apparent reason.
It's all fraud. I was checked out 3 months back. But still, didn't received refund of my security deposit. I have raised a service ticket(SR172479) 3 months back but the ticket is still in pending state. It seems like they will take years to solve the issue. I don't know what type of management is this.
Had a great experience. need a quick update in due amount, as it takes more time to get updated in the app and it confuses customer to pay the rent. The handling charges for payment of rent thru' gpay and phonepe are inappropriate.
The sales people here are outright scammers! Two of friends and I were all scammed the same way by different sales reps. I placed my trust in colive and came to a new city and have been facing constant problems because of their misguidance! I've been trying to contact someone superior for over three days now but I just cannot. Horrible Experience!
Things get stolen from the room because there are spare copies of the key. The security amount and advance deposit amount will not get refunded after leaving the place. Poor quality in terms of food and maintenance. Half the days there won't be electricity but the electricity bill is sky high.
The biggest fraud on Earth. My security deposit amount has been forfeited by them, they add extra unnecessary charges to the bills. And have asked me to pay an additional amount failing which they have sent a legal notice. No one responds through service tickets.
Worst experience I have ever had. Never trust these fraudsters. They never pay you back the security deposit after vacating their property. Would never recommend anyone. Also don't go by the sales executives words they'll never respond after you move in and the property manager would never be available for any complaints or queries! Would have given negative ratings if i had an option!
Only to loot all our money, not even 40% of the deposit money will be returned. I have been trying to contact sales executives to resolve my issue of deposit refund, but non of them responded for the issue, they simply place call ok hold and disconnect it after a minute. Every month electricity bill will be included in monthly invoice, but after raising notice period, the charged again 2 months electricity charged for Rs 3075/-(I wonder if they asked me to pay whole builing bill😀)
Staying in colive vilnius. It's peaceful, safe and comfortable. It's a reasonable price for a 1 bhk and the property manager is friendly. Giving 4 stars since there are a few set backs such as no drinking water available (we should arrange it on our own), only two washing machines for the whole building and small repairs in the room which can be fixed upon request. A good deal overall.
Nobody is taking care of service requests. I live in 107, Colive Monaco and they geyser has not been working for the past three days. No assistant is reaching back. Even though the geyser itself is fine, the power supply to it has been cut off evident from the fact that it worked once (only once!)
Staying at colive was good. But support and service is pretty bad. I have vacated the place around a year back and even after raising multiple refund request for my deposit have not received it. And tickets has been closed without proper resolution saying team is looking into it. This is very unprofessional behaviour and pathetic service to clients. If you want to loose your customers by keeping their deposit amount please write that in your application and at your colives houses everywhere.
Their customer service is beyond pathetic. When it comes to taking money, they are very fast. I have vacated the property in February, but did not get the refund till now. It's been 3 months and no response to multiple tickets raised on the app. Poor customer experience. They just pressure you in paying the rent right on time before 3rd of every month but no response on returning the refund even after 3 months.
