Easy to use. Would like to see more flexibility with taxes. I live on the border of two states one with tax, the other without tax. Any order going out of state I have to remove taxes from my settings and then add it back in when I'm done charging out of state customers.
logged in as admin. cannot retrieve products(inventory from my stripe web console) Main accnt. seems i have to create 2 sets of inventory one on stripe and another on collect app. double work with fat fingers the aps gui seems very user friendly and strait forward. just this one issue.
Love stripe love collect they do it all with no hardware nothing to carry so you can't forget or lose hardware
They are very sneaky. Charges you hefty charges on each transaction. Nowhere clearly specifies their processing fee. The link to pricing never works, so you will never notice how much they havr been charging for each transaction. Its Scam
Won't connect to my card reader, just continues to search for it. No other options or support to fix the problem... now what?
Works without issue most of the time. Sometimes the app crashes multiple times in a row out of nowhere.
Can you guys please just update it to where you can add individual items and amounts instead of having to just place one grand total during a transaction.
