Terrible. I downloaded this app then received my tickets in the app. Now every day I open it the tickets are not there and I have to repeat the process of going back to Google Play and open the CFP app from there just to get them back. Idk why they don't just stay in the app all the time. Very annoying. Going to be a nightmare at the gates when thousands of people try to get into the game.

I can only hope that I will be able to get into the game, but so far this morning, with strong signal, I've been waiting over 10 minutes just for the home page to load. I'm sent alerts but the message won't open. An app that won't even open properly is pretty useless.

Terribly designed and executed app, but there is a way! Follow initial instructions to set up access (follow forgot password link, set up new password after you receive the confirmation link.) Then, log into the app again and you will see your tickets. But, they will disappear after a few hours! Youll have to clear your app cache and storage, sign in again, and there theyll be, each time.

This app is a royal pain. Enough to make me skip going to games in the future. I have had to get reset codes on a daily basis. Go back to the drawing board, and get a different company to build your app... and get a refund from whoever made this one

Horrible. Tickets exorbitantly expensive and one day after they appear in my account they are no longer accessible for me to transfer to a friend. College football should be embarrassed to have such a buggy app for their flagship event.

I can't believe I have had to entrust such an important purchase to this worthless app...3 days of countless hours trying to get to my ticket. First the app is frozen for hours, then no password rest email is ever sent. #BIGFAIL #PRINTITNEXTTIME

App will not perform as it states. I followed the direction and when it says to select reset pswd it will not send the option to reset password to my email.

Unable to set up account. Sure hope there is another way to get my tickets. This app is one of the worst designed apps Ive ever tried to use.

Charged $1800 for tickets and can't access them in app and no way to print out tickets. This system is an absolute joke.

This app is unstable, redirects to external sites too often, and generates incorrect error flags.

Entire experience stinks. Overpriced tickets that are hard to get once yoh have aoid for them. Brilliant process.

Have been trying greater than an HR since I got and email from Alabama ticket office that I could now view my CFP National Championship tickets, and it keeps saying, "You have not ordered or received and playoff tickets yet"

Terrible UI. Worthless app for storing tickets only. Should be able to use passbook, webpage or Ticketmaster app. Can't even load tickets due to a new activity error.

It don't work! Just a stupid yellow line running across the top. The rankings were released on ESPN, then went on the app and no dice. Won't work at all. Totally useless.

App doesn't work. Don't waste your time. Was great last year but they haven't updated it for this year. It tells you to go download the update which there isn't any and there isn't a new version either.
