what is with this app? everytime i open the only thing i see is "something went wrong try again later" and i dont find help section also...very frustrating

worst app ever. first they got my number then the college associates called me and ask me to fill the form and pay it on paytm . when i filled up the form and paid the amount . after this they even dont pick my call and reply to me. Worst ever app. they are cheaters.
