It's for simple basic things only. I've never ever been able to use the deposit check option. It gives me an error every single time.

I was able to log in once, then it crashed and I have not been able to log in since.
Once worked great. After an update a month ago, it stopped working. Upon opening the app it says there is a problem and will close.
Not as fancy as Capital One or Discover banking apps, but with the most recent update, the Instant-Balance option works great without signing in, and transfers work just as I want them to. Does the job.
Used to work fine, but past few months does not open and just gives an error. Uninstalling
Works well, does what I need. It could be more full featured with more detailed statements.

I can check balances and transfer money, but the option for mobile remote deposit is not available.
I can't even open this app any more - it always gets errors and tells me to call a number. No thanks, I think I'll just uninstall.

Uninstall. Then reinstall. Works just fine on the new version.
App worked great on my GS4. Since switching to my GS6 Edge with Lollipop I have not been able to get past the password screen. I can Web log in with no issue so I know its the app. I have read similar comments since your upgrade a year ago. Either fix it or own up to it not working for certain phones and operating system versions. I'd prefer you fix it.
This app is great if you're a moron that uses "password" as your password, and uses simple answers to security questions. If on the other hand you actually care about security and use complex passwords and encrypted password managers this app is not for you. I'm seriously switching banks to somehow who does not use Fiserv.
If i could i would give 0 stars the app is worthless and it just keeps getting worse. My account on the app refuses to update my money in the account
After several uninstalls and reinstalls and my local office telling me it should work, still doesn't work.
Dislike the app. I am not happy how it doesn't show pending items or balance after each transaction. Not a fan!!
The Apr 25, 2018 (V18.0.0) App seems to basically work... I had to go to CCCU to get help... found out I had to uninstall the old App to install the newer one. I haven't yet fully checked out the new App.
