Would be higher if they would speed up the loading process of the app It gets timed out the first 3 times but only way to check balance thats why it has 2 stars other then that worthless!!! Dropped to below 1 star it keeps saying I'm putting in the wrong credentials when I have my fingerprint saved I've had to call multiple times to get it unlocked. The app and the bank like screwing people over and like to make your life hell. Looking for another bank!!!

I've become very unhappy with the app. To the point I'm considering changing banks. The app used to be incredibly easy and used friendly. Now it just constantly circles when you know you've entered the correct information. So it holds you hostage of sorts, from knowing how much money you have in your account. Once you do gain access, which is basically a miracle. Then the app is great easy to do check deposits, transfers, and or estatments. It's just the part getting there is the problem

You wanted feedback. This app is a menace. It has so much security theater it is almost inaccessible. Changing passwords to something you've NEVER used every 3 months and text confirmation every 5 times you sign in doesn't make it more secure in any functional way, it just means someone will get the password from my email when I have to reset it yet again. The app seizes and refuses to allow log in with relative frequency. The "redesign" is prettier but far less functional-just a bad wrapper.

At first, the interface was terrible, however it improves with each release. Logging in is a pain. You have to wait for a text with some unnecessarily long code everytime you log in. They require you to change your password way too often and regularly change the authentication process, which causes my connected wallet apps to disconnect and not be able to reauthenticate. There is no fingerprint login option. If they fix the ridiculous auth issues, it would be a good app.

Load times are extremely abysmal. Everytime I log in, whether it be with my fingerprint or typing my username and password, it asks me the security questions. Annoying as hell. Update: last review was 12/17/20 App is still garbage and how it garnered 3 and half stars is beyond me. Anybody who gave it above 2 stars must be a shill. THERE ARE MORE 1 STAR REVIEWS THAN 3 AND 4 STARS COMBINED. Those who gave it a 5 must be CCCU employees pumping up the score. Now on a mission to find a new bank.

Easy peasy app. I downloaded the app way back when you had to sign up for it online in another browser after you got a written code from the bank! One main thing I really appreciate about this app is how updated they keep it. Whether it is security measures or design features, the all stays fresh but always reliable and easy to find what you need.

This app is absolutely horrendous. I'm actually about to change banks just because this app is so infuriating. It never lets me sign in, it just spins a loading sign forever. On the rare chance I do get to sign in it makes them send a back-up pin to my mobile phone. The old Collins app was a million times better, at least it let me sign in and check my balance.

Outdated technology and honestly substandard compared to other banking apps. Every time I log in if forces me to create new security questions I'm never asked. I can't view anything processed that's older than a week. Other banks and credit unions have bright and clear user interfaces, while this one looks like it was the best 2005 has to offer. When something looks moves like 3rd rate outdated tech I get real leery about it's security.

almost a 3 star. there are many times recently - last 6 mths- that the app will spin and spin without loading. sometimes i can go back in 5 minutes, sometimes i have to access from a computer. the functions themselves are good, it is the load/ app process that is a problem.

Connection untrusted - US Cellular or WiFi. App worked fine until a couple days ago, now I get the same message as others from multiple providers. CCCU says it's on my end, but if multiple users, with multiple carriers, have the same issue, I am skeptical. 30 minute hold times to get a call back from CCCU are proving difficult also.

Useless. This is quite possibly the least useful app I have ever used. Do you know what would be helpful? Maybe a breakdown of my payments so that I know what the portions of my payments go to principal, taxes, insurance, interest, etc.. Wow, currently I can see my payment activity...something I can get from my own bank at any given time. Also, I have to answer security questions every time I log in. Give me a break.

I was forced to update the app. Now that I have updated it through Google play store, it no longer works. It just goes in a loop telling me to update. I go through all the Google security and it takes me back to please update in Google play store. Please fix it immediately. I mostly use it on my Samsung S9.

Collins app not convenient. They are constantly making me prove that I am worthy to access my own account. Overall, they seem to be unable to meet basic, reasonable, levels of competence in their ability to provide accurate customer service. Also, you cannot get real-time help after banking hours despite 24 hour computer access to website & app!

I had the same issue with the app just going to a white screen. I was using the fingerprint login. I tried this and the app is now working again. On the fingerprint screen hit cancel, then login manually. It worked for me.

Previously 5 stars. After a recent update, logging in takes multiple tries and still not always successful. It just loads and loads... There's no delay to inform me if I put my password in incorrectly, however.

It constantly has issues, won't save my password and keeps not letting me sign in with my finger print. If i do need to reset my password- it won't give me the security questions it MADE me select. I have to enter in all of my personal info and wait on a text. It's pretty ridiculous

Baby's first app development. Its been about 2 weeks since i could use this app. You guys obviously have the moneh to build a corporate headquarters, maybe throw a couple more pennies to developer of this app? I only use Collins as a destination for my direct deposits, if i cant even use the app to transfer to my savings account i might as well switch to another credit union. Please fix this, this app has always felt 10 years behind.

Multiple attempts to log in. Keep getting locked because app doesn't seem to work right. Website works fine. Fingerprint login does not work either. Wish you would stop upgrading stuff!!

Could be better but it works. Now on 11/12/2019 the application fails to load...get popup error...Page Not Found...Site is Untrusted...and OK button. Select OK button and app closes. CCCU blames provider who is Verizon...Verizon doesn't have a clue so far...I'll up date this maybe later.

Worst app ever. Try to log in and it just spins. Quit the app try again, it spins. Then you are locked out of your account and need to wait on hold for twenty minutes to get it unlocked. Terrible app, terrible bank.

This app is absolutely the worst banking app I've ever used and I had a small banks app back in the mid 2010s. It feels like the CEO or whatever of the bank paid his or her grandchild that took a year of computer science classes and dropped out to make the app. This app feels like it's stuck in 2010 and is fraught with bad coding and inconstancies. Someone needs to fire the developer and go with a more professional team.

Was forced to download the new version and now it won't even log me in. I went to the website and was able to log in just fine but the app just spins indefinitely. Previous version worked ok but was never in par with my other credit union

For the past year whenever I open the app I get a message saying "connection entrusted. " Collins Community Credit Union says my phone needs Android version 6.0. My phone runs Android version 6.0.1. It is a worthless app. Collins Community Credit Union does not care about fixing the app.

Can be useful, but only for the most basic things. Could be a lot more user friendly and have more features. The app was also broken for a few months, but hopefully the update has fixed the issues.

Stopped working with biometric login on my Android phone. All I get is a white screen with a pull down saying the quick balance isn't available. Need to log in manually. Used to work fine, fix what you broke.

Worst Banking App EVER. Not user friendly. Makes you change password too frequently and has many Login problems. This App makes me want to leave this bank and just use my other bank, Chase- which is amazing to use.
