I could not pay online and cannot open any other page or change payment mode to cash. Ultimately I paid in cash but still it was showing me to make online payment. Needs a lot of improvement. There should be an easy user interface to switch between modes of payment, to track on ride, to cancel ride etc if needed. Thank you.
App needs to improve a lot. Driver are not reaching on time. Some of drivers accept the request and taking some others to some other place without picking accepted customer. And in the app the pick up location should be selected by customers but unfortunately nothing for doing it. App show a price when booking and the ride ends with a much different price. If you have zero star rating i will give that.
My rating is playing around 2.50 only maybe because they think im not paying them. Im using debit card and i have to pay them after i got out of the car. They need to fix this. Even if the notifivation appears that i paid the driver in the drivers app still showing not paid. Now they made the minimum price 7 without even fixing the app. If youre looking for a safe ride, colo is not for you. They dont even have a customer support. Trash app!
Worst app...I just installed it today and used for the first time. After arriving for pickup drive told me that he can not accept credit card payment and cancelled my trip giving me one star. Surprisingly Colo has charged me 7 QAR for that and I can't book another ride till the time I pay this amount. So as per Colo if we have choosen payment through credit card but their driver is interested in only cash then we need to pay double amount by cash and by credit card.
Very bad app. Need to improve a lot. I select online payment in payment method but when reached the destination drivers asking and compelling for cash. After paying cash in the app it again shows online payment pending....... It takes a lot of time even to find a driver.... After 5 minutes it gets canceled. Zero rating would be the best for this app and management........ The management needs to fix this problem as sooner. Or the customers would find it very difficult to manage this...........
Good. And improving! You need change a lots of things in your app. Your app is very poor system. Why do show rider payment system to the driver after accept the trip. All the driver cancel the ride when they It's credit payment.
In an emergency health condition, I had booked car thru Colo, the driver didn't come on time and he left to somewhere else instead of coming to pick up point.From his spot to my pick up location max 2min drive only, but he was going to somewhere later on the time shows 5min,10min.... Atlast I cancelled the ride. Really felt so sad. Plus point is Colo minimum charge is less. That's good.
This service will become a challenge for uber and careem in Qatar.. Last day 2 times I booked the taxi through this app,it seems the drivers are first time on this app, Although this app crashes simIeltaneously and hard to identify the arrival of desired driver.. Please add the notification π options for the arrival of driver, improve the navigation (it seems the navigation of waze is good for driver but as a passenger it's very hard to identify the route map..)
App design needs a lot of thought. Once the cab is booked, if u close the apothem there is no way to track the ride. We don't even get driver contact to know if he is coming or not n how much delay. Also u cannot cancel.
Very bad application. Total 17 times I booked taxi and only 3 times COLO drivers accepted the trip. No location saving option, cant rate drivers if they cancelled the trip.
I book very early because your driver sometimes comes after 11 to 15 mins. But everytime i did, all drivers cancel. Why? Is this how you treat your customers? Even 1 driver was very confused, google says left he turned right.. we keep rounding and rounding Unprofessionals. Waste of time downloading.
The worst app. Rates are cheaper but it takes half an hour for the driver to reach you and sometimes they cancel the ride after waiting for 15 mins. Very stupid app. Always network error or no cabs available. Once in full moon they have cabs
Can't even get into the app, keeps saying no internet connection. And the fact that the developer didn't include any screenshots makes me suspect this app.
My experience is good till now and my rides are cheaper than other apps...but u cannot communicate with driver via chat after confirmation. Also live tracking map not accurate... Rest all good...keep it up...
Colo is really good and has got the option of Minimum Charge which is really helpful. The service offered by them is nice but app needs to improve as I am not earning any discount while I refer to friends.
When i am booking for a ride it takes 5 min to book and waiting time also 6 min to 10 min. For a single ride I have to wait for 20 min and then the driver will cancel the ride suddenly today Morning I booked 3 times and waited for more than 40 min for a single ride I couldnt a driver. Finally I came through Uber if u improve this things I will ready to ride no need of daily notification which popup in my screen. So do the great updation and if the driver cancel and wasted my time pls put penalty
Very bad service.. application sometimes error making. Account system also not good. Driver didn't reach on time. Fare is higher than expecting. Drivers are arguing with me.
In general more expensive than careem. 20 bucks for a trip to the metro station whereas can be done for 14 in careem or 17 in Uber. No first ride discounts or anything, but doesn't matter. Hope you build up fast.
good, and the fare is very very cheap! BUT, the app is buggy always crashes and its so slow. but my experience ia good.
my amount was 9 QR on my app. and drivers app shows 12 then he demands me to pay 14 riyal including a tip why did you hire these kind of stupids he took 5 riyal more from me i never ever face such a stupid in my life. i need a refund and this stupid should be fired. And the option to rise an issue inside the app is a joke. It shows always error while we submit. I never suggest this app
If you don't open the colo app for long time, you need to log in. why??? not like careem and uber, once you are logged in, it will not log out your account anymore. logging in everytime really waste your time, especially when you are in a hurry.
the apps is not user-friendly. location suggestions is not showing in the search engine. payment option is not clickable.
Unable to open app. I am trying to open app, it is asking for update. When I am trying to update there is no such option. I reinstalled same aap. I am getting same issue.
Taxi service is very unprofessional and unsafe. Not even able to reguster complaint or save feedback. The trip was showing cancelled. so I moved on. But the driver called me, scolded in very very bad and dirty abusive language. also threatened me. abused my family and insulted to the worst.
Can't add payment method except cash. Hope to see the improvement soon. After the recent update, payment method still cannot add any cards.
Hi there i tried this app for first time, it's good but i paid online with my visa card before the driver coming but after droping me i found the app asked me to pay online again and stick and i can't use the app or any other option and i can't contact with customer service, so please support
Why is your drivers ever cancelling trips??? No driver has ever arrived on time. Both my husband n I tried to download this but its too much disappointing. Employ professional drivers like uber and careem We book on time then we end up being late because your driver cancelled the tripπ‘π‘π‘
Issue 1 13 Jan 20 : I am getting something went wrong message on load of app Issue 2 today 14 jan 2020: There is no tracking system once we book the cab, allocating drivers from far distance between, calling drivers and they are asking pin and canceling the trip
Terrible . There is no refund option enabled in the app. We have to manually call the office and ask for refund. Even the drivers are clueless how to use the app
Disaster! ! App is so bad, the drivers keep accepting and cancelling the ride without notification. Card payment takes 4 steps every time. Drivers can see that the passenger paid by card so they insist on cash. You can't save your locations and no option of pinning the pick up location, only for the drop off. Customer care is terrible. Rides are cheaper than Careem but service is zero compared to them. Additional : fare estimations are not correct and reliable. It always ends up to be more.
