Finally after 6 years the latest version started to work. Good job devs! It would be a benefit if we as user could select what applications can send notifications not only sms (sms in 2022???) and phonecalls. Please make this option available. Personally I don't like smartbands with displays so this is my only option and I would like to use it for lots of years.
Used to synchronise only when Bluetooth is on. Now it doesn't connect and synchronise unless i have Bluetooth and gps on. This is very suspicious and it makes the app and the bracelet useless. Uninstalled. Very disappointed. Avoid at all cost, it should not need the gps, the app doesn't even have a function that use gps. Clearly personal space and information invasion...
The app doesn't work on background. If you by any means close the app and lock your phone it won't even notify you for the calls. Also, if it is a smart band, why doesn’t it ring on WhatsApp, messenger calls? If you can fix this, I may rate 5 star. Now it only rings for phone calls on of sim card.
Hello, I added a Honor Watch successfully. But it was disconnected immediately after that. And there's a notice message: cannot pair device because the pin of watch is incorrect... I tried reset watch and reinstalled Health app. But it's still the same problem. Please. What I have to do!!
not recommended at all! NOT compatible with new Android Version, can't be paired since my Samsung a7 got version 9! even with last update, same issues. will never buy any of your Bands if this issue will not be resolved soon!
it should be able to notify whatsapp and other messages apart from sms. it's almost useless without that feature...
I loved it but after the new software update the app doesn't want to open anymore, never mind work. My band is actually the useless. I am using the Huawei P20 pro Will there be an update for the app so it can work with the latest software?
Synchronisation problems...the app fails to connect to the Bluetooth and switches off the Bluetooth several times which is very annoying
How about just one color band app instead of one 4 color band 1 and then one for coloring two... Considering they're both the same almost cheap but have some function
Alhough Although it can take a long time to sync sometimes, it provides more ore less accurate and useful info! Make the all more ui friendly
App no longer opens at all. Mate 10 pro. Emui 9.0.0. Please resolve. Also has sync issues when it did open.
Wont pair after new Android update, Samsung s10 and since system update your app won't work , so fusturating as before no dramas , maybe you need to upgrade app plz

Does not work with my P20. The app opens once after I download it, there after it does not open at all.

Don't like it. It does not improve anything. It has no heart rate. I was very happy when I saw the add, but I really do not find it useful.

Only a 3 star because I don't get vibration notifications when I get a watsapp message.
The band counts number of steps rather well, but it often gets confused about sleeping time. The app is very slow and takes horrible anount of time before band connects to the app and before it showes your records. Also after charging it doesn't record anything unless you "wake it up" by oppening the app and connecting the band to the app. Bracelate itself was cheap, looks good and is easy to clean.
