Color detector for PANTONE
List of the PANTONE colors with RGB and HTML code. With camera is possible to auto recognize color codes. Long click the preview and start detecting the color code, then with a fast click go back to the preview.The object must be centered in the frame with natural and diffused light. Flash is supported if present in the device and also the white balance function. The accuracy of the result depends on light conditions and on camera quality.The application doesn't substitute the hardcopies of the PANTONE colors, but is only for support purpose.

Doesn't work. Tried out on a pantone book and it failed every time.
Not bad but the screen compared to the real swatch is a little brighter. Needs a really good camera to be accurate.

Fuxking complicated
It is cool having all of the Pantone colors on my phone. The picture part of the program seems a bit flaky. After the picture is taken it does not clear out, it is locked in the view finder. If I take another photo with the previous one still in the view finder the program crashes. The light is working now, thanks to an update. I think it would be better though if it turned on with the button rather then just when the picture is taken. This would let you preview how the subject is lit prior.
