After my phone got updated my app is not opening all my data is gone... Can someone help.... Play store remove this app from your store they are not worth it as they are not updating their app for customers use. I have so much data on my notes and bloddy its not working because they have a lower version

I loved this notes. I could write my notes simply and pretty. I even signed up for the notes to be synced. But after writing so much things especially things related to my works, the notes stopped suddenly and I lost everything I wrote when I open it again since it didn't perfectly synced. Please fix this apps cause it make my works easier but now it worsen more.
Actually i really like this apps.. i love the colorful notes and also the foldering function.. so i move all my notes to this apps for organizing.. But why i can't verified my account? I just sign up today and dirrectly got an email with link for verification.. but when clicked it.. it says Sorry，链接好像已经失效了喔……which means my verification code is expired (via google translate) My question is.. if i log out without being able to verified my account will all my notes will be gone? Is there any possible way to reverified my account so I wont loose all my notes.. Plz help me with this issue because I have moved all my notes to this apps and just realized that with failled verification I will lost all my transfered notes I will change my ratings if you can help me fixed this issue.. thx ..
I like the color so you aren't alway looking at a white screen -easier on the eyes. That fact you don't have to save your note each time is so cool.
Your app can share notes with other apps but other apps can not share with your app. Please update, very important.

I love this app!!! always works and it's perfect for my OCD. Can someone help me please??? I upgraded my phone to the S10 and I can't find this notebook and for some reason it's not transfering.. I have every password, writing for school, house remodeling detail, account details etc... in this app and I don't want to look for a new app... This one is my favorite.
