Three stars are given as this developer offers 'Color HEX | RGB Wallpaper' a similar app which is advertisement free and it gives the number codes for [HEX][RGB][HSV][CMYK][HSL].

It is a beautiful app
There are no text descriptions on many buttons so you just have to guess or use trial and error to figure out what they do. It neither displays nor allows input of hex color codes, nor does it doesn't allow the direct entry of any numerical values, so trying hit a specific color (to match an icon theme, for example) is a pain. It's probably just as easy to make an image, find one online, or use an online image generator. Uninstalled five minutes after installing.
