Poor update implementation. Updated my account access on PC, discovered I can no longer download account transactions into Quicken (REALLY?!?) and then attempted to login to this app with new credentials and zero luck. I LOVED the previous app and web interface. This one, so far, no good.
Works great. Can deposit checks and they are cleared within minutes usually (during bank hours). Ability to turn off debit or credit cards if they are misplaced is handy. Can make car/mortgage/loan payments through the app in seconds. Overall great app!
It was a great app until the most recent android update. Now it doesn't work at all. Update: Now I'll give 5 stars since the app is up and running again. Hopefully there won't be anymore issues when another android update comes out.
Great CU, Great app - stays up to date. Thanks for being awesome!! When I was looking for a credit union, because I was tired of regular banks, I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews, and this one had seemingly the best of everything, and so far I have not been disappointed in any way.
Difficult to navigate, clunky, unintuitive interface, more options for routine transactions should be included, i.e., transfer from checking to my car loan
The app functions as it should. I am impressed with every aspect of Colorado CU. I have been a member for 7 years with no complaints...and, I am a chronic complainer.
crashes after update. no longer works, error says to reboot my device. uninstalled/installed, same error. no longer can mobile bank 😔
Employees are awesome. The app is great. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a credit union.

the customer service you will receive is world class, second to no one. The entire organization give you five star service. I am so happy I found this establishment. Good people work here, they care about your banking needs.

Does not work. Has never worked, and you people handle my money? Not for much longer. This has to be the worst place to bank in Colorado. Do yourself a favor, go to a bank if you wish to receive professional service.

App used to work great. Now it crashes on start. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it works once then the cycle starts all over. This id on a Pixel 3 XL with the latest update to Android 9. Update: Received personal interaction through email with the developer. App was fixed and now works great.
