I like the app. It's more user friendly than the parent portal and it contains easy access to information all in one place like menus for lunch and a school directory which previously needed to be found using the d49 website. It does have a few bugs but it's the first day the app is live so that is to be expected. Overall a good app.
It is wonderful to have these resources available! I will use it, daily, to stay in touch with my grandson's education. After using this for 2 weeks, I have decided that it is a little frustrating. Some of the areas don't keep up with the site, and there are a bunch of posts from last school year. The menus are helpful, but that's the only area I have found that helps me.
Has gone downhill. Can't check that next day's lunch menu without the app clocking and freezing. It references the wrong school as well
i am unable to log in and there is no obvious place to get assistance. i have have my email resent from the school, its the same one I use on the D49 website and am still waiting to hear back.
I can't login. I can log in to the parent portal just fine but when I try to login on the app it won't let me. The school says I need a code for the app but I can't even find a place to put in the code.
Easy to Use. Downloaded quickly. Has all the information I need to access quickly.
I like the app, but i really wish it would give push notifications about school closings.
Does not work. Crashes 10x a day. not worth the download.
Won't let me log in claiming false credentials which is not true (triple checked). Devs need to fix this
The app would not let me check my grades, it would close after trying to sign in
i was hoping there would be a link for first time registration for elementary schools on here. oh well
Just like the teachers one star sorry would rather casie Anthony watch my kids all day.
It doesn't have all the staff under each school.
It would be nice if they would notify you ok f changes.
I have 3 kids in school and this only shows 1....
It was easy to use
nothing works
After a full five minutes waiting for the download, the app continually keeps crashing. Here's an idea: work out the bugs, invest more time in beta testing and wait until you have a fully functional interface before hyping an application that doesn't even operate correctly. It's better to push back your heavily advertised launch date in the interest of quality than to rush forward with a product that makes you look unprofessional and unprepared (go back and read about the Windows Vista debacle).
